FareGo ViTA extends the proven concept of self- service ticket vending machines with video and audio transmission as well as remote functionali- ties. Through these interfaces ticket clerks are able to give live support to customers at any TVM remotely from the customer service centre. Besides real-time communication, they even can take over the control of the device. In this way FareGo ViTA vastly improves the qua- lity and the availability of your ticketing services.
