Page 1: Vitamin c

VITAMIN CGrowing up I was encouraged to eat my oranges and my daily vitamin, which was usually some kind of gummy bear. My mom would always say it was my vitamin C, and it would help keep me healthy.

Later on during high school I started using Emergen-C which has a 1000 mg of vitamin C per packet. I used it in orange juice and whenever I was catching a cold I would drink them on a regular bases. I was in a lot of sports so my health was always top priority.

Now I try to eat my oranges or dark green leafy vegetables such as garden cress, kale, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and broccoli in my salads.
