DESCRIPTION - VMC - G Vibration Isolating Rubber Hangers aredesigned to reduce the transmission of Vibration and Noise producedby suspended equipments, piping and ductwork. VMG - G hangers incorporated with a noise aborbing rubber insert with cast-in loadtransfer. Plate at the top and bottom, assembled into rectangularsteel box. Ultimate design of VMC - G hanger rubber allows greaterdeflection maximum up to 6mm with capacities from 25 Kgs to 450Kgs. VMC - G Rubber Hangers may be selected where first cost must be minimized. Model VMC - G are recommended for the isolation of vibration Produced by suspended mechanical equipment,axial and exhaust fans, ductwork, piping, etc. Double deflection modelVMC - GG adds another rubber element at the top of the hangerbox.

Model VMC - G hangers are shipped fully assembled and ready forinstallation in threaded rod suspended systems.

SPESIFICATION - Vibration Isolators for suspended equipment, piping and ductwork with maximum static deflection requirementsunder operation load condition not exceeding 6mm shall be hangersconsisting of neoprene or synthetic rubber noise absorbing insertincased in a welded rectangular.

The rubber insert shall be molded from oil resistant compounds, withcast in load transfer plate at the top and bottom, shall be color codedor otherwise identified to indicate load capacity.

Vibration isolating rubber hanger assembly shall be model : VMC - G,as manufactured by VMC.APPLICATION - VMC - G Vibration Isolating hangers are use to

isolate suspended sources of audible frequency vibration, or isolationor noise in piping and ductwork system
