The VP A45/01x-RC is a PC-compatible low power, high
functionality, ruggedized conduction-cooled 6U VME
board supporting the 1.6 GHz Intel® Atom™ processor
N270. It utilizes the Intel® 945GSE mobile chipset to
support 2 Gbytes of DDR2-533 SDRAM. This single slot
board features 1 PMC/XMC site and 1 PMC site, an
on-board CompactFlash™ site and a range of I/O
including two Ethernet interfaces. The VP A45/01x-RC
is a ruggedized conduction-cooled board, operating in
temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable
for a range of applications within the industrial
control, transport, security, aerospace and defense
industries. The board is rear I/O plug compatible with
the commercial and the ruggedized air-cooled
versions. To simplify the board’s integration many
industry standard operating systems are supported.

The VP A45/01x is a PC-compatible low power, high

Intel® 945GSE Express chipset to support 2 Gbytes of
DDR2-533 SDRAM. This single slot board features 1

CompactFlash™ site and a range of I/O including four
Ethernet interfaces. The VP A45/01x is a commercial
air-cooled board, suitable for a range of environments
within industrial control, transportation, security,
telemetry, scientific and medical applications.
Options to operate in temperatures ranging from
-40°C to +85°C are available. A ruggedized
conduction-cooled version is planned and a
ruggedized air-cooled version is available. To simplify
the board’s integration many industry standard

The VP 717/08x is a PC-compatible high performance,
high functionality VME processor board based on the
Intel® Core™ i7 processor up to 2.53 GHz (32nm process
technology), the Mobile Intel® QM57 Express chipset
and up to 8 Gbytes of DDR3-1066 ECC SDRAM. This
single slot board features 2 PMC/XMC sites and a variety
of interfaces including an option for an on-board Hard
Disk Drive or CompactFlash™. The VP 717/08x is suitable
for a range of demanding applications within the

The AD CR5/PMC Dual PMC Carrier Board can be used
with a range of Concurrent Technologies VME PMC host
processor boards. The carrier board allows two PMC
modules to be added to the host processor board,
thereby increasing the flexibility and functionality of
the host board. Standard PMC modules include SAS,
LAN, WANs, Graphics, Communications and Modems.
Non-monarch mode Processor PMCs (PrPMC) modules
can also be used. For harsher environments, extended
temperature versions are supported. The AD-CR5/PMC
is pin-compatible with the rear I/O of the popular
AD-CR2/PMC Dual PMC Carrier board.

The AD CR3/PMC Carrier Board can be used with a range
of Concurrent Technologies’ PMC host processor boards.
By using a host board PMC site the carrier board allows 2
PMC modules to be added to the host processor board
while still operating at 66 MHz and in 64-bit mode. This
increases the flexibility and I/O capability of the host
board without compromising performance. Standard
PMC slave boards include SCSI, LAN, WANs, Graphics,
Communications and Modems. Non-monarch
processor PMCs (PrPMC) can also be used. Specialized
I/O can be designed and added using the AD CR3/PMC
Carrier Board. An EIDE hard disk drive and Compact
Flash™ Drive are also supported.

The DS MS1/034-RC is a ruggedized conduction-cooled
VME Mass Storage Module supporting up to two 2.5 inch
SATA300 mass storage drives and a CompactFlash™ site.
The DS MS1/034-RC is designed to work with one or
more Concurrent Technologies VME or VXS single board
computers simultaneously. This conduction-cooled
board is capable of operating in temperatures ranging
from -40°C to +85°C where it is suitable for a range of
applications within the defense, industrial control,
telecomms, telemetry, scientific and aerospace
markets. The board is rear I/O plug compatible with
the commercial air-cooled and the ruggedized

The DS MS1/0xx VME Mass Storage Module supports up
to three 2.5 inch SATA300 mass storage drives or a
CD/DVD RW drive and one 2.5 inch drive. There is also
support for a CompactFlash™ drive. The DS MS1/0xx is
designed to work with one or more Concurrent
Technologies VME or VXS single board computers
simultaneously. The board is capable of operating in
temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C where it is
suitable for a range of applications within the
defense, industrial control, telecomms, telemetry,
scientific and aerospace markets. In harsh
environments, or ruggedized versions, Solid State
Flash drives or ruggedized rotating drives are required
and the CD/DVD RW drive is not supported.

The DS MSS/00x-U Mass Storage Module supports up to
two EIDE peripheral devices on a single slot VME board
and an optional floppy disk drive in a dual slot
combination. In addition a front panel connector can
be configured as a parallel or serial port. The parallel
port enables connection to other peripherals, such as a
CD-ROM, Zip® Drive or printer.
The serial port supports either RS232 or RS485/422.
The supported port configuration depends on the VME
processor board to which the DS MSS/00x-U is
connected. The DS MSS/00x-U is designed to interface
with many of Concurrent Technologies' VME bus
processor boards which feature an EIDE interface.
