HSP_OBJECT

l All  roads  lead  to  the  HSP_OBJECT  table.l Contains  virtually  all  objects  ever  created  in  Planning.

l Links  to  other  tables  for  dimensions,  members,  forms,  users,  access  control,  and  anything  else  you  can  think  of.

HSP_OBJECT_TYPE

l Contains  very  basic  information  regarding  what  type  each  object  is  (Dimension,  Form,  etc…).

l So  why  is  this  table  important?l It  doesn’t  contain  all  of  the  possible  types!● Tasks  Lists  (24)● Planning  Unit  Hierarchies  (39)● Planning  Unit  Selections  (51)● Several  others…

HSP_DIMENSION

l Contains  dimension  specific  information.● Density● Security● What  plan  types  are  used  (bitmask!)● Dimension  Type

l Links  to  HSP_OBJECT.

HSP_MEMBER

l Contains  member  specific  information.● Data  Storage● Two-­Pass  options● Consolidation  Operator  (by  plan  type)● Does  it  have  a  member  formula  (but  not  the  formula!)● Data  Type

l Requires  other  tables  to  be  useful  (attributes,  formulas,  UDA’s,  etc…).

HSP_ACCESS_CONTROL

l Contains  all  security  information.● Object  being  secured.● Level  of  access● Type  of  access  (or  lack  there-­of)

l Makes  heavy  use  of  the  HSP_OBJECT  table.l Does  not  really  use  the  HSP_USER  table.
