Dr. Neeraj Saxena Director RBMI delivered a talk on the topic “Tourism & Community Development” on the occasion of World Tourism Day in the Tourism Department of Bareilly District.

INDUSTRY INTERFACE PROGRAMME (August 19-20, 2014)

Rakshpal Bahadur Group of Institutions organized an industry interface program for MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA students. The program was conducted by Mr. Kumar Shubham Saxena, Branch Head ,Birla Sunlife Asset Management Company, Shri Abishek Tripathi Station Head Radio Mantra and Mr. Vivek Rastogi GM IT Dhampur Sugar Mills.

Kumar Shubham Saxena ,Branch Head Birla Sunlife Asset Management Company apprised and motivated the students with the idea of Smart thinking, Sharp thinking and Hard work. Shri Abishek Tripathi Station Head Radio Mantra mentioned that every individual student has his own USP, the only thing is to be done is to discover the special skill which he possesses.

Mr. Vivek Rastogi GM IT Dhampur Sugar Mills apprised the students about the Importance of Self Discipline as the success mantra.

Dr Neeraj Saxena, Dr. Rajesh Verma, Dr. Mili Sehgal, Dr Manish Agarwal, Mr. Anupam Saxena , Mr Amit Gupta and Mr. Udit Agarwal were present along with other faculty members of the department.

ORIENTATION PROGRAMME The Orientation programme of Rakshpal Bahadur Group of Institutions was inaugurated by the Executive chairperson Mrs Veena Mathur , the Managing Director Er. Navin Prasad Mathur, Chief Guest Dr. Arun Kumar, MLA Bareilly City, Special guest D.I.G Bareilly Dr. R.K.S Rathor, Guest of honour Shri Rajesh Gupta,immediate Past president, Chamber of Commerce Bareilly and Director RBMI Dr. Neeraj Saxena.

The Common Orientation programme for MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA along with B.Tech and Engg. Diploma students of RBCET, Pharmacy students of RBCP, and B.Ed. students of RBTTI. At the outset of the Programme Director Dr. Neeraj Saxena while addressing the students emphasized upon better discipline and integrity. He highlighted all the rules and regulations of the RBMI group of institutions. Directors of all the institutions informed the students about their respective syllabi and diverse academic activities to be held during the session (2014-15).

The Chief Guest Dr. Arun Kumar City MLA, advised the students to update themselves with the changing dynamic environment prevailing in the country and learn to adapt themselves to face challenges in order to achieve their targets. The Guest of honour Shri Rajesh Gupta Chamber of Commerce encouraged the students that in order to fulfill the task assigned to them they should do hard work, have firm determination and far – Sightedness

The executive chair person Mrs Veena Mathur, congratulated the students for their right decision in choosing RBMI as a platform and apprised them about the brilliant academic performance of the alumni of RBMI and their outstanding achievements in the country and abroad.

During the program Dr. A. K. Sharma, Dr Vineet Agarwal, Dr. Ashish Mishra, Dr. Rajesh verma, Dr Mili Sehgal, Prof YK Gupta, Dr Vikas saxena, Dr RB Singh, were present along with various HODs and faculty members.

MOTIVATIONAL LECTURE BY MR. HIMEESH MADAAN (Abhi nahin to Kabhi nahin)

A motivational lecture on Positive thinking & Career guidance was organized by RBMI by the India’s young Motivational speaker Mr. Him eesh Madan. Mr Madan said that, “Everyone gets an opportunity to bring positive change in life. One should exploit it to the fullest.”

A one day motivational workshop on career development was organized for all the students of RBMI Universe on the topic Know thy self. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Daraksha Haidri. During the workshop students were advised to follow the concepts of Positive Attitude, Honesty, Hard work and Continuous learning.

(September 16, 2014) RBMI organized a one day Technical Workshop on Embedded systems & Robotics. The workshop was conducted by the key speakers from Sofkon India Pvt. Ltd. Er. Mushtaq Ahmad & Er. Vijay Shekhawat .

Observance of Ozone Day (September 16, 2014)

On this occasion a Poster competition was organized by the Rakshpal Bahadur Teachers Training Institute (RBTTI) on the theme “Protect the Ozone layer, save life on Earth.” More than 200 students of RBTTI participated in this competition.

Workshop on Ethical hacking & cyber security (September 04, 2014)

RBCET organized a one day Technical Workshop on Ethical Hacking & cyber security. The workshop was conducted by CEO of R.M.A.R. Technologies & Er. Devjeet Singh. The key speakers explained about the utility of cyber security to avoid cyber crime.

RBCET organized a one day seminar on the occasion of Engineers day. The chief guest of the day was Sub Divisional Engineer BSNL Er. Lokesh Gupta. The key speakers explained to the budding professionals about “Digital India concept”. The students prepared wonderful presentations on the life & achievements of Er. Visvesvaraya. The vote of thanks was given by the Director RBCET Dr. Vineet Agarwal.

Rakshpal Bahadur College of Pharmacy (RBCP) organized the celebration of Pharmacist Day.

The chief guest of the occasion was Dr. V.P. Sharma a prominent Doctor of Bareilly from Sheel Hospital. Dr. Sharma guided the students towards serving the nation by being a responsible pharmacist.
