Vol XLVIII • No. 3 MARCH 2014 U-N-I-T-Y We are pleased to announce that the DeLand Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the West Volusia Regional Chamber of Commerce and Volusia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will host “The 2014 West Volusia State of the Region” (Page 4). The Mayors from the cities of Pierson, DeLand, Lake Helen, Orange City, Deltona and DeBary will be assembled for this moderate forum on Wednesday, March 26th at the DeBary Golf & Country Club. This historic event partnership is the first of its kind in Volusia County. We welcome our chamber members and the community at large to sign up for the informative lunch session with the mayors. “The collobration between all three groups and committees has been wonderful,” said DeLand Chamber Executive Director Nick Conte. Less than a year ago, Frontier Communication's original facility was expanded

by 20,000 square feet. The company's expansion will add another 17,650 square

feet to its call center.

Frontier's Vice President of Residential Call Center Sales and Service, Donna
