Superior Safety.

Optimal illumination of the road incorporates Bi-Xenon with static cornering lights that illuminate the road

when the vehicle turns at low speed. As a standard, there are Bi-Xenon headlights with dynamic bending lights and LED daytime running lights. At a speed of 15km/h, small motors move the Bi-Xenon headlights exactly in

line with steering movement. This allows for the driver to avoid possible dangers at an early stage. This effective

safety concept reduces the risk of accidents and provides even more driving enjoyment.

Rest Assist (Fatigue Detection System) senses fading concentration levels by intelligently measuring your pedal

and steering wheel use, in addition to transverse acceleration. Through an acoustic signal, a visual message on

the instrument cluster and steering wheel vibration, it warns you when a break is needed.

Optional Rear Assist reversing camera is a driver assistance system that

has a swivelling camera in the tailgate of the vehicle. The camera image

can be seen on the display of the radio system or Satellite Navigation

System, allowing for effortless parking.

The Park Assist parking aid enables stress-free parallel parking and is

fitted standard. At a speed of up to 30km/h, ultrasound sensors

compare the available parking spaces with the length of the vehicle,

informing you when a suitable space is found. Park Assist will then

take over the steering for you at your request.

Self-sealing mobility tyres. A viscous polymer layer is applied to the

inner surface of the tyre. Foreign bodies, with a diameter of up to 5mm

penetrating the tyres, can be enclosed by this special coating that

dramatically reduces the chance of experiencing a flat tyre.

Standard Equipment.

The leather multifunction steering wheel with height adjustment automatically connects with your mobile

phone via Bluetooth. Included in the “Composition Media” radio you’ll find the 6.5" touchscreen Radio/CD with

MP3/WMA compatibility, SD Card and USB Media-in with iPhone/iPod adapter cable. Get the Volkswagen Sound

through the digital 8-channel amplifier, 10 speakers and 300 Watts power output (R-line interior shown above).

Experience luxury in every drive. The TDI and TSI come standard with a

Velour/Vienna leather combination trim while the V6 model seats are

upholstered with lavish Nappa leather and features driver electric 12-way

adjustment, seat memory and massage/climate control functionality

(driver’s side). Optional on the TDI and TSI models.

Electronic ‘Press and Drive’ ignition system. The remote control key is

simply inserted and brief pressure

stops and starts the engine. The key

does not have to be turned. Standard

on the 1.8 TSI, 2.0 TSI and 2.0 TDI.

A terrific convenience, Keyless Access means that as soon as the Volkswagen CC’s key is in range of the car, you

can unlock the doors simply by making contact with the door handle – and vice versa when leaving and locking.

Once unlocked by an in-range key, the car will start at a press of the ignition button. But best of all, Easy Open

means that once the key is in range, you can open the boot simply by standing behind the car and gesturing with

your foot in a particular manner – very handy when your arms are full! Standard on the 3.6 V6.

Ambient lighting bathes the interior of your car in subdued light when it

gets dark. LEDs light areas such as doors, footwells and decorative inserts.

The pleasant, discreet lighting complements the white illumination of

switches and buttons in your car, creating a stylish atmosphere. When

you’re driving at night, the glare-free light also helps you to find your

bearings and locate things more easily. Optional on the 1.8 TSI.

To prevent the vehicle rolling when

it is stationary, the Auto-hold

function retains brake pressure.

When accelerating, the brake is

released automatically.
