Making A Difference in the World (Part 108)

Submitted by James E. Smith

We are leaving the past and entering a new phase

of life. Are we ready to let go of the past and make improvement on our mistakes? Repentance is when you realize your mistakes, feel Godly sorry, and press forward to make a different using God’s will.

Last month we closed the Church doors on our Savior birthday but open the Church doors this month to celebrate a man made holiday for a new beginning. Does this new beginning include resolutions to be a better Christian by studying to show ourselves ap-proved by God, do more in spreading the Gospel of Jesus, or just shedding off our worldly lust? (Psalm 37:4)

Let us start this year by devoting ourselves to become followers of Christ and we can then start “Making a Difference in the World”. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
