Youth NewsCongratulations to our seniors who will be graduat-ing in two separate ceremonies this week. Christian Barrett and Brea Moody will graduate this Thursday from Boyd Christian High School. The ceremony will be at the Central church building. Graduating this Friday from Warren County High School are Keith Chilcutt, Caleb Hughes, Kristin Maynard, and Taylor Mullican. The ceremony will be held at Nunley Sta-dium.

BIRTHDAY WEDNESDAY will be next week, May 28th. A sign-up sheet for food is on the youth bulletin board.

Our VBS MISSION TRIP to Chalmette, LA is fast approaching. The trip is from June 14th to 19th. If you would like to be a part of the team, please see me. We could use people who would be willing to teach, door knock and/or help set-up rooms.

For those interested in learning more about SHORT MOUNTAIN BIBLE CAMP in July, there will be a meeting after evening worship on Sunday, June 1st.

The annual JUNIOR/SENIOR BANQUET is now scheduled for Monday, June 9th. We will be dining at the Parthenon (Murfreesboro) with an activity afterwards.

Monday Morning Bible ClassThe Monday Morning Bible Class will not meet this coming Monday due to the Memorial Day holiday. The class will resume on June 9.

SympathyWe extend our deepest sympathy to four families touched with death this past week.

We extend our sympathy to the family of Lucille VanWinkle, sister of our Roberta Parmley. Her funeral was this past Thursday in Spencer.

Sympathy to the family of Brent Cantrell, son of our Linda Cantrell. His lost his battle with cancer and his funeral was also this past Thursday.

The congregation also grieves deeply over the passing of sister Mary Lois Cantrell. She was a life-long member at Bybee Branch. Her funeral was this past Saturday.

Sympathy to the family of Clinton Hines, cousin to David King and Calvin Rogers. He passed away last Saturday in Cookeville. His funeral is at Hunter Funeral Home in Sparta.

Please keep these families in your thoughts and prayers.

New ArrivalsCongratulations to Stephen and Jennifer Merideth on the birth of twin boys, Lucas and Logan, born on Sunday, May 11. Lucas was born at 11:11 am at 5 lbs, 9 ozs, and 18 inches Logan was born at 11:34 am at 5 lbs, 13ozs, and 19 inches. The boys are still in Williamson Medical Center. Congratulations to grandparents Jeff & Mary Flatt.
