Ürün kasa ve kanatlarý ekstrude edilmiþ alüminyum profilden imal edilmektedir.

Klima santrallarý, hava kanallarý ve benzeri sistem ve ünitelerde hava debi ve basýnç ayarý için kullanýlýrlar. Kanat geniþliði 108 mm olup kanatlarýn aerodinamik yapýlarý sayesinde hava akýmýna karþý oluþan direnç minimuma indirgenir. Kanatlar PVC malzemeden mamul diþli mekanizmasýyla zýt yönlü olarak tahrik edilir. Bu özellik, debi kontrolünü kolaylaþtýrýr. Kanatlarda bulunan contalar sayesinde maksimum sýzdýrmazlýk saðlanýr. Ayrýca debi ayarý metal kumanda kolu ile kol üzerindeki AÇIK - KAPALI ve ara deðerlerine göre yapýlmaktadýr.

* Ürün standart olarak alüminyum pres renginde imal edilmekte olup, isteðe baðlý olarak elektrostatik toz kaplama veya alüminyum eloksalla da kaplanabilmektedir.

Product casing and blades are manufactured from extruded aluminiumprofile.

Volume control dampers with gasket are used in air handling units,air ducts and similar systems and units for adjustment of air flow rateand pressure. The width of the blade is 108 mm and the resistance occuring against the air flow is reduced to minimum due to the aerodynamic structure of blades. Blades are driven oppositely by the gear mechanism produced from PVC material. This property simplifiesthe flow rate control. Maximum impermeability is provided due to the gaskets on the blades. Also flow rate adjustment is made by the metalcommand handle according to OPEN - CLOSED and interval values written on the handle.

* Installation application with M8 or M10 bolt is available.

* Product is manufactured in aluminium pres color as being standardand depending on demand, it can also be coated with electrostatic powder coating or aluminium anodic oxidation.
