COMME L’AN DERNIER, LA COMMUNE DE SUCÉ- SUR-ERDRE (LOIRE ATLANTIQUE) ACCUEILLERA DU 1ER JU IN AU 31 AOÛT 2014, DANS LE CADRE SUPERBE DE SON PORT DE PLAISANCE, DEUX SÉRIES DE PHOTOS EXPOSÉES AU FEST IVAL DE LA GACILLY LES ANNÉES PASSÉES.

L’Association « Animations Sucéennes » est à l’origine de cet

événement. Elle organise aussi tous les ans début octobre un

salon photographique de qualité où Image Sans Frontière a

exposé depuis huit ans, les images de ses adhérents.

Rappelons que les expositions « Image Sans Frontière-

Festival Peuples et Nature de La Gacilly » sont réalisées grâce

au financement du Festival, sur appel de photos à tous les

adhérents IMAGE SANS FRONTIERE. Elles ont été conservées

grâce à Michel CAMBORNAC, président du PhotoCiné Club de La

Gacilly et Michel BAILLY, Trésorier du Club. Le prêt des exposi-

tions est possible sous certaines conditions et permet ainsi

que vos photos soient regardées par un public plus vaste.

L’an dernier, de début juin à fin août, les séries « L’eau des

hommes » et « Ma terre » avaient ravi les visiteurs de la

commune située sur une des plus belles rivières de France

(cf ISF. MAG n° 71 de septembre 2013).

SUCÉ-SUR-ERDRE, A TOWN IN LOIRE ATLANTIQUE (FRANCE) WILL WELCOME TWO SETS OF PHOTO-GRAPHS PREVIOUSLY EXHIBITED AT THE FEST IVAL DE LA GACILLY WITHIN THE SUPERB AREA OF ITS PLEA-SURE PORT, FROM JUNE 1ST TO AUGUST 31ST 2014.

The association « Animations Sucéennes » initiated this event. It also organizes a quality photo salon every year at the begin-ning of October where IMAGE SANS FRONTIERE has exhibited its members’ pictures for the past eight years

Let’s remember that the exhibitions in the framework of « Image Sans Frontière-Festival Peuples et Nature de La Gacilly » are possible thanks to the funds offered by the « Festival ». Photos are collected and selected among all the members of IMAGE SANS FRONTIÈRE. They have been kept by Michel CAMBORNAC, president of La Gacilly Photo Ciné Club and by Michel BAILLY, the Club’s current treasurer. These exhibitions can be lent following a number of terms and conditions and can thus be seen by even more people.

Last year, from June to the end of August, both sets entitled « Water and men » and « My earth » found and enthusiastic public in that town which lies along one of the most splendid rivers of France (see ISF. MAG n° 71, septembre 2013).

ISF ITALIE ORGANISE LA 4ÈME EXPOSIT ION INTERNATIONALE OUVERTE AUX PHOTOGRAPHES FÉMININES MEMBRES D’ IMAGE SANS FRONTIERE.

Le thème est libre et chaque participante

peut envoyer 4 tirages, en noir et blanc

et/ou en couleur, qui reflètent la person-

nalité de l’auteur.

Le prénom, le nom l’adresse et les dis-

tinctions attribuées par ISF, FIAP or PSA,

le titre et l’année de prise de vue doi-

vent être écrits au dos de chaque tirage.

Toutes les photos doivent avoir la

dimension suivante : 30 x 40 centimètres

(11,81 x 15,75 inches), support en carton

compris.

Les mêmes images doivent figurer sur

un CD-R à basse résolution (72 dpi,

horizontal max. 1024 pixels, vertical max.

768 pixels, Jpeg compression 8) ou être

The theme is free and every entrant can send up to 4 prints in black and white and/or colour, reflecting the personality of the Author. The name, surname, ad-dress, every honour conferred by ISF, FIAP or PSA, the title and the year of every single work must be written on the back side of every print.All the photographs must be 30 x 40 centimetres in dimensions (11, 81 x 15, 75 inches), including the cardboard matting.

The same images must be burned on a low resolution CD-R to low resolution (72 dpi, horizontal max. 1024 pixels, vertical

max. 768 pixels, Jpg compression 8) or sent by mail to : [email protected]

The Entry Form, CD-R and the prints, correctly packed, should be delivered or sent to : Veniero Rubboli - Via Bassano del Grappa n. 71 - 48121 Ravenna - ITALIAThe participating is free. The delivery date is April 14, 2014.

The works will not be judged, but the Organization reserves the right to admit to the exhibition only the works of very good level and be shown in the exhibi-tion area in Oltremare Park - Riccione (Italia) from June 1st to September 30.The works will not be returned, but will be part of an itinerant Exhibition and preserved in the ISF Photo archives.

After the exhibition in Italy, the works will be exhibited in many other Countries in and out of Europe.

The participation to the exhibition im-plies the acceptance without any condi-tions of the present Regulation. The property of the works rests with the authors who, signing the Entry Form, declare the full property of the image delivered, save the right to the repro-duction of the image by the Organizing Association, the Press and Television as well as other means of communication, none excluded.

For any other not expressed rules in this Regulations, ISF, FIAP, PSA regulations will be applied.

AGUSTI UMBERT NOUS A QUITTÉS EN DÉCEMBRE 2013 SUITE À UNE LONGUE MALADIE.

Nous présentons nos plus sincères condoléances à Magda Lorens, à sa famille à ses amis.Passionné de photographie, dévoué et toujours enthousiaste, il fut pendant plusieurs années membre du comité directeur d’Image Sans Frontière. Lors d’un voyage en Chine en 2009, invité par la fédération chinoise de photographie avec Magda Llorens et en compagnie d’autres photographes d’Image Sans Frontière, il a participé avec joie à une prestigieuse exposition de 200 photos sur la ville de Nanjing dans la grande bibliothèque de cette ville. En voici quelques souvenirs …

AGUSTI UMBERT PASSED AWAY IN DECEMBER 2013 AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.

We should like to offer our deepest sympathy to Magda Llorens, his relatives and his friends.Agusti had an avid and enthusiatic interest in photography. He was also committed and was a member of the steering committee of Image sans Frontière. During a trip to China in 2009, where he was invited by the Chinese federation of photography together with Magda Llorens and other photographers of Image sans Frontière, he was delighted to participate in a prestigious exhibition of 200 prints in Nanjing, in the great library of the city. Here are a few documents to remember the event...

El pasado mes de diciembre, nuestro amigo y compañero Agustí Umbert, nos dejó, después de una dura e intensa lucha con el maldito cáncer..Si ya es difícil expresar en unas líneas los sentimientos hacia la desaparición de alguien, lo es mucho más para despedir a mi amigo, nuestro amigo Agustí. Una persona amable, comprometida, conciliadora… la lista de virtudes es interminable. Sus amigos fotógrafos, sus amigos ciclistas, sus compañeros de trabajo… Todos aquellos que hemos tenido la inmensa suerte de poder compartir nuestro tiempo con Agus, vamos a tener siempre un gran vacío en nuestros corazones.A Magda, su esposa, le enviamos un fuerte y cariñoso abrazo.Esperamos ser dignos del legado que Agustí nos ha dejado, aprender de él y no defraudarle.
