VOUMARD high productivity grinding machines are
designed for flexible ID and OD grinding operations.
Highly accurate chucks and centerless work holding
solutions allow for processing work pieces of almost
every geometry and performing multiple internal and
external grinding operations in a single clamping.
The VOUMARD machine range provides every cus-
tomer with both high productivity and high flexibil-
ity grinding solutions. Our machines are appreciated

facturing workshops of market-leading companies in
major industry segments like automotive, aerospace,
bearing, tooling and spindle manufacturing.
VOUMARD systems are suitable for a large variety of
parts manufactured in large batches (like diesel com-
mon rail and hydraulics-pneumatics components) or
low quantities (like high precision bearings and ma-
chines spindles components).
The VOUMARD VM 130 inner diameter grinding machine
is perfectly suited for high precision mass production of
small and mid-sized work pieces, e. g. components for
fuel injectors in the automotive industry.

is very flexible and can be configured for a wide
range of products and applications, such as grinding
inner diameters, tapers and faces.

per can be easily connected to external automation
concepts, resulting in high throughput and low costs
per piece.
• LikeallVOUMARDmachines,theVM130isdesigned
for highest precision and tightest tolerances.
Hydrostatic bearings and linear drives combine high-
est acceleration and positioning accuracy when mov-
ing the axis. The renowned VOUMARD concept of the
X- and Z-axis being separated from each other results
in outstanding stiffness of the VM 130 machine struc-
ture, which is mandatory for high precision grinding
applications.
• Additional components, such as gauges for pre-,
in- and post-process measurement provide data for
automatic process optimization and statistical process
control.
• The VM 130 is ready to load work pieces with a diam-
eter of up 70 mm and 70 mm in length, while the
smallest inner diameter that can be ground is 0.8 mm.
• TheVOUMARDspecificCNCuserinterface,basedon
a Fanuc control, is made from grinding specialists for
grinding specialists and allows for easy and conve-
nient setup even of complex grinding recipes.
