VICE PRESIDENT OF INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS

Under the direction of the President and CEO, the Vice President of International Operations

manages Plug and Play, LLC.s international operations and business development. 4 majorresponsibilities are encompassed by the position: (1) Manage and execute of internationalpartnerships as well as ongoing international projects. (2) Plan and execute Plug and Play, LLC.sstrategic overseas expansion and the operations of Plug and Plays overseas offices.(3) Strategically assess and analyze international partnership opportunities and expansionactivities for Plug and Play. (4) Oversee market research activities and economic analysis ofinternational expansion opportunities for Plug and Play.

The positions specific duties are as follows:Manage Plug and Play, LLCs international operations expansion: (a) Strategic planning for Plugand Play international expansion to determine geographic areas for expansion, pace of operational

roll-out and product and service offerings. (b) Coordinate setup and operational roll-out of newPlug and Play international offices. Manage the design and implementation of products andservices for international partner agencies and universities as well as international offices.

Plan, manage, and administer annual budget for Plug and Play international operations: (a) Planannual budget for Plug and Play international expansion activities as well as operating activities ofPlug and Play international offices. (b) Manage the distribution and disbursement of funds forinternational expansion projects and Plug and Play overseas offices.

Supervise a Manager and an International Business Development Analyst.

Manage the conduct of economic research and analyses to evaluate overseas locations for Plugand Play expansion: (a) Oversee comparative review and analyses of country economic data(Activity level across industries/ technology sectors, competitiveness analyses, public and privateinvestment flows, etc.). (b) Oversee comparative review and analyses of government policies andlaws governing technology start-ups, venture funding, business creation (e.g. Availability of andaccess to funding, ease of business registration, and etc.). (c) Oversee real-estate sourcing andfeasibility studies of locations to create and setup up satellite Plug and Play Centers (Cost/ Benefitand profitability analysis, etc.). (d) Oversee market survey of competition (Technology and Scienceparks, Data-centers, business incubators, service providers, and etc.) and review of barriers toentry.
