6 FMX Series (12V)Front-Access VRLA Battery

6 FMX Front Access Valve Regulated Lead Acid Series is designed for the service with high requirements. Since its grid is made of special multi-element alloy, the cell has a longer deep cycle life and better discharge performance. This series is of narrow and long structure with a proportion of length to width up to 3.59~5.00, therefore it has an excellent performance in heat dissipation reducing greatly the possible thermal runaway. With the front terminal designed for the connection with external circuit and availability of different connection bars, the battery can be mounted and dismounted easily and quickly lowering the cost of maintenance. The product is suitable for service in Telecom, UPS, Power plant, transformer substation, control system, microwave relay station, remote sensing device, solar and wind energy applications.

Product Characteristics• Output terminal of low resistance, a copper core is inlaid in terminal, connected through bolt, easy for installation.• Perfect sealing of post: unique structure of triple sealing to totally prevent the acid leakage.• Safety valve with reliable and stable open and close pressure.• Grid is made of special multi-element alloy to ensure the long life of the battery.• Advanced case and lid heat sealing technology to ensure the reliable seal of the battery.• Battery case is made of high-strength ABS to effectively ensure the vibration proof of the battery.• Seperator is made of low-resistance ultra fine fiberglass to ensure gas recombination effeciency reaches above 99%.• Handle is mounted on all cells for easy handling.

6 GFM Top Access Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid Series is a high-capacity of new model that is developed with the latest modern technology. This product has many advantages, such as, safe and reliable seal, high specific energy, low resistance, low rate of self-charge, good charge receptivity, long cycle life, high seal reaction efficiency. There is no redundant electrolyte in normal use, and no acid smog spray. With easy usage and maintenance, it is intended for service in telecom system, UPS, fire alarming and security system, emergency light system, mobile measuring equipment, power supply system, apparatus and instrument, military facilities, railway transportation and auto control equipment.

Product Characteristics• Battery case and lid are made of high strength ABS in a compact structure, characterized by the good resistance

to impact and vibration.

• Grid plate is made of special lead-based multi-element alloy, having virtues of low resistance, and good corrosion-resistance for a long cycle life of battery.

• New processes of plate production are applied to improve the utilization of active material.

• Ultra fine fiberglass separator with low resistance is used to achieve a good performance in discharging with large current.

• High purity electrolyte and special additive are used to reduce the internal resistance of the battery.

• Multi-layer seal technology and special glue are applied to ensure the safety and reliability of battery with no leakage and no acid smog spray.

GFM Series (2V)VRLA Battery

The GFM series VRLA batteries are products of the latest technologies. The products can be widely used as backup power for telecommunication and signal systems of telecom, mobile, railway system, shipping, solar energy and wind energy storage systems as well as UPS and emergency ighting.

Product Characteristics• The plate is with the structure of big grid and block, and is made of special alloy through special process of

quadribasic lead sulfate, which improves specific energy of the battery and prolongs the cycle service life.• Positive grid is made of special multi alloy, which prevent PCL. It has long service life under both float and cycle

applications.• Separator: made of AGM, low internal resistance and good high rate discharging performance.• Active materials: Special additive has been added into the lead paste of positive and negative plate, so that the

utilization rate of active materials will become high and it will improve the charge acceptability.• High-purity electrolyte: High purity electrolyte and special additive are used, which lead to low self-discharge.• Special terminal sealing structure: Unique assembled maze seal structure of terminal (patented technology) ensures

the safety and reliability of seal.• Safe valve structure: the valve is made of FR ABS materials. The valve core is in column structure, there is

dual-filtering acid mist filters. It has the function of correctly controlling the pressure, flame resistance and acid mist filtering when valve open and close.

• Adopt U double-layer longitudinal pattern and tight assembly technology to prevent plate stress from affecting separator elasticity. Large diameter copper core is applied, the terminals and comb teeth are die casted together, which makes the internal resistance lower.

• Short circuit protection: plastic sleeve is added for plate, so as to effectively avoid the short circuit of the positive and negative plate, and to avoid the bend and distortion in the horizontal installation.

• Inert gas protect welding is used, special glue is applied for the second sealing to ensure no leakage.• Single cell structure: the single cell structure of GFM series with the max capacity up to 3000AH, offering he

customers more choices.• System structure: GFM Series VRLA battery can be installed in cabinet, on rack and floor thermal dissipation space

has been laid out to effectively void thermal runaway.

Main Technical ParametersCharge Acceptability:Test method: After the battery is discharged to 100% DOD, charge it for 10H at 2.35V/Cell constant voltage limited current 0.15C10(A), the capacity shall be recharged over 98% of the discharged capacity.

Recombination Efficiency: over 99%

Capacity Retention Rate: after 90 days in stock, the rest capacity shall be over 90%

Capacity Recovery Performance (short circuit performance)Test method: Discharge to 0V at 0.1C10A short circuit for 24H, charge for 10H with 2.35V/cell constant voltage and limited current 0.15C10(A), and then charge for 24H with 2.25V/cell constant voltage and limited current 0.15C10(A), check C10 capacity, after continuous 5 times, the rest capacity shall not be less than 90% of the initial capacity.
