All Stores user preference settings. Note that user preferences can also be stored using browser cookies, eliminating the need for a dedicated RDBMS database. However, the maximum size for cookies is 4 KB; consequently, the maximum size can be reached or exceeded if users save multiple org charts, listings, and/or shortcuts.

Nakisa OrgAudit Stores extracted data from the SAP system to be audited, as well as audit rules, and audit run details.

4.1 SAP Security Roles and Test IDs

Each Nakisa application includes default roles that must be mapped to SAP roles. Nakisa requires a minimum of two test IDs to be mapped to the Nakisa roles to ensure correct security settings.
