The rotation and possibility to focus on specific areas will depend on the length of the internship and the performance of each particular student. Dining is more than just food & beverage its an experience and its the role of the B&F talent to provide this experience to every guest during breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a quick snack in between meetings... In the world of W, the F&B trainee does more than just taking orders, delivering food, presenting checks or setting up a room you create a complete experience for the guest.
