8. CONTRACTOR SHALL ASSURE THAT FIRE PROTECTION AND SAFETY DURING CONSTRUCTIONCOMPLY WITH NFPA 101 AND OSHA, AS WELL AS REQUIREMENTS OF THEIR RESPECTIVEINSURANCE CARRIERS(S).
9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FOLLOW ALL STANDARDS, LAWS AND ORDINANCES IN THEDISCOVERY, HANDLING, AND DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IF ANY.
