DEVELOPMENT... During the course of four decades, WagnerRubber Products has developed over one thousand compounds. Many ofthese compounds have been trademarked and patented. Our expertise indiagnosing problems provides our customers with the advantage ofworking with a professional technical staff to ensure the proper rubber ormetal coating is being applied in these challenging environments. Specialcompounds are produced to meet the unique requirements our customersoften demand. Our most recent development includes a formulationwithstanding 600° Fahrenheit.

MACHINERY... Over time Wagner Rubber Products has purchasedand maintained the finest equipment available for the manufacture ofprecision rubber and metal products. Custom mills, rubber calendering,cylindrical grinders, high-speed engine lathes, molded presses and castableurethane machines are systematically maintained to guarantee theaccuracy and precision so important in the manufacturing process.

QUALITY ASSURANCE... Wagner Rubber Products will not deliverany product to its valued customers without strictest compliance toQuality Assurance detail. Skilled and experienced inspectors review andevaluate the product at each workstation, and the final inspection mustguarantee that the product ordered is to exact specifications. No product is released without “quality team” approval.

Oftentimes the substitution of a compound formulation forone that has been accepted as the OEM’s recommendation can increasethe life of the product and produce a superior end product for yourcustomers.
