Project Objectives
Patients who have to wait for long periods of time are usually not very happy with the hospital and it can set a bad tone for the overall visit.
Patients need to know we are respecting their waiting, so there are some ways to lessen the stress and show that we are considerate of our patient’s time.
In this project we will work on two pillars:
Reducing waiting time
Consuming waiting time
