Part of a new series of truly green homes, this home received a LEED Platinum rating and has a Hers score of 38.

The eco-friendly home utilizes a variety of recycled materials, including reclaimed Pine Beetle Kill Wood, a metal blast fence from the old airport on site and recycled concrete

from the old airport runways.

An upscale feel combined with a flood of natural light, many energy efficient features, and the infill location establishes this as a true green home.

The modern exterior offers an alternative to the traditional facades that dominate the master plan. A fresh palette of materials; including

cultured limestone, black brick, and varying siding widths create a new aesthetic. A winged porch captures the idea of a traditional front

porch, while alluding to an airplane wing; Cables harnessing the winged roof above the porch further reflect those of the remaining

control tower.
