Li lives in Gulu Village, Sichuan, China. Her school journey involves a 15km walk along a mountain path. That’s 5 hours of walking a day!

Yusef lives in Khewa a rural Pushtan Village in the Nangahar Region of Afghanistan. Khewa has no running water, electricity or motor transport. Yusef walks everywhere, to the market, to school and to see his friends. He walks around 8km a day.

Eshe is 10 years old and lives in Africa. Every day she walks 5km just to col-lect water for her family.

Bataar lives in the Darhad Valley in Mongolia. His tribe are nomadic and move 4-6 times a year to find new grazing for their animals. When moving, the tribe walk up to 30km a day.

Seleha and Sahera live in Lucknow, Northern India. They collect plastic from skips and rubbish dumps to sell. They work for 10 hours a day in 45C heat, walking around 20km.
