NEMA 4-4X ENCLOSURES 5412 ESSDDWall mounted double door stainless steel enclosures

The 5412 ESSDD water, oil &dust tight enclosures are usedindoors or outdoors in areaswhere a corrosion problem existsor where the enclosures may besubject to hosing or to watercoming from any direction or forprotection against dust, dirt or oilsplashing. The 5412 ESSDD aremade from quality 14 GA (Type304) stainless steel, with cornerseems continuously welded. Theopening has a curled lip aroundall sides to prevent dripping water

from entering the enclosure whenthe doors are open, it alsoincreases rigidity. A high qualityrobotically poured-in-place seam-less gasket ensures a completeand durable water tight seal. Thepins of the concealed hinges canbe pulled out to remove the door.A ¼ turn locking mechanisminsures positive closing. Internalmounting holes are provided.Body stiffeners are provided onlarger models. Each enclosurecomes complete with a 12 GA

inner panel which is doublebent* for maximum rigidity andwhich mounts on M8 weldedstuds. The enclosures’ exteriorare unpainted and brushedsmooth. The enclosures’ interiorand panels are finished with whiteheat fused polyester powder,electrostatically applied on aphosphatized base. CSA Certified / UL ListedNEMA 4X / IP66
