Current Customer facts
•We are selling to Carrier and Enterprise customers•Some Carrier customers are white labeling our Ethernet services•Current customers come from all market segments•Most customers stay with our service for multiple years. Very low churn.
• 95% of our customers remain on our Ethernet services•Non-service affecting upgrades is the most popular feature
• Used by almost every customer• Key to Tata Communication’s success with this feature, we do not require a contract term
renewal• This feature provides customers with the flexibility they need to adjust to their changing network
•Customers migrating from Layer 1 and Layer 3 services• Migrating from Layer 1 to reduce costs
• Ethernet “sweet spots” are: 10-30 Meg, 50 Meg, 100 Meg, 200 – 500 Meg• Migrating from Layer 3 to gain more control of their network

Customer stories
An international Pharmaceutical company: 3 years ago started with 4 Meg. Today they have 40 Meg and have performed 5 upgrades over the last 3 years.
An international Finance company: Today they have 3 small circuits with us that have been operational for over 2 years. The customer has performed several upgrades plus moved to our managed solution (Enterprise SLA Option) when it became available. Today they are looking at our Ethernet service for their backbone to avoid the DS3 to STM1 jump in bandwidth and reduce costs.
Carrier Customer: Is white labeling our service today to offer a global solution to their customer set without a global investment. The carrier uses its relationships with its current customer base to obtain more business from their customer and deepen the relationship.

Enterprise SLA Option
• A managed solution for Global Ethernet
• Extending the SLA to the customer premise anywhere in India or in the world
• Expanding the SLA: Service Uptime, Packet Delivery Ratio, latency and jitter
• In-Line Monitoring – measurements reflect customer’s actual experience
• Reporting upon request
