Oasis leaders at Life- Journey Church are called upon to build bridges so that con- nections can be made between group members. All the talking points and materials are prepared by pastoral staff so Oasis leaders can concentrate on the people in their groups — on making those connections. We want to help you discover your gifts and live into the role God has in store for you! Couples Retreat: April 26–28! Young Adults Valentine’s Party!All young adults, ages 18-35, are invited to attend a Valentine’s

party hosted by the Young Adults Oasis. We’ll gather Friday, Febru-ary 15 at 7:00 pm at the home of Graham Melendez, co-leader of the Oasis, at 1547 North College Avenue, Indianapolis.

It will be a game night, so come prepared to play! All are wel-come to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages of their choice, but some will also be provided. There is no need to RSVP, just come as you are. We hope to see you there!

Winter Family BowlOur lanes are reserved, the bumpers are in place, and the shoes

are mostly cleaned! Come and join us for an afternoon of family bowling on February 23 at Expo Bowl on Indy’s south side, 5261 El-mwood Avenue, 46203, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm! The cost for unlimited bowling during those two hours plus shoe rental is $12 per bowler. Payment should be made to LifeJourney Church prior to the event. Every Sunday after services, this team serves the congregation by serving tasty treats. Team members serve about once a month. Fill out the form below if you’d like more info.

Black History CelebrationOn February 24, we’ll celebrate Black History Month with

special services and a pitch-in lunch after the 11:00 am service. We need a crew of about eight volunteers to make that happen.

If you’d like to assist with the lunch, either with cooking/prep or with setup/cleanup, please fill out the form, and we’ll be in touch. This is a great way to serve on a one-time basis.

Set Decorators/Designers Wanted!Every year our decorating team, led by Shellye Bradford, puts

together an amazing set design for VBS. We are currently looking for a few folks who would like to assist Shellye in transforming our building into a knightly castle. All talents and skill levels are welcome—we are looking for willing hearts and hands.
