Died: February 21, 1945, listed as “Still

Serving on board the U.S.S. Bismarck Sea”,

which sunk near Iwo Jima due to two Kami-

kaze planes igniting explosions of ammuni-

tion. The carrier sank within 90 minutes with

318 casualties.
