Warehouse Floor Paint

You don’t want to use a paint on warehouse floors. There are more cost effective solutions that will extend the surface life of the floor and provide more protection against abrasion, chemicals and other materials.

Polished Concrete Floors

The most cost effective way to seal a warehouse floor is by polishing it. When you polish floors you will apply a concrete densifier, like the Armor L3000, then use a floor grinder to grind the surface until the desired surface appearance has been achieved. If you require protection against chemicals and other liquids, a chemical-resistant floor wax can be used during the final grinding steps.The L3000 plays a crucial role in the polishing process. Not only will it strengthen and densify the concrete by 45%, but it will densify the pores to reduce the penetration of water and moisture, and reduce the absorption of liquids. It is NOT a coating. Aliphatic Urethane

A second option is to seal the floor with the Armor Alpha UTN – a 60% solids aliphatic urethane. This is the STRONGEST coating available on the market. Aside from offering surface protection, it offers superior protection against oils, chemicals, acids and other liquids.
