C.D.Acciai, founded in 1991 is involved in the commercializing of steel plates and coils products.
We are a lean company with highly qualified personnel, thanks to their experience in the field we can satisfy all the needs of our clients and react fast with 24 Hrs delivery terms.
The company is located on 25.000 of which 9.000 are covered. For internal transportation of the steel plates we have five bridge cranes with 15 Mt capacity, one with 25 Mt capacity and one with 30 Mt lifting capacity. In order to facilitate a swift loading and unloading, but above all to keep our plates in optimum condition we use telescopic magnets on all our cranes. In case there should be any problem with the smoothness of the sheets surface, we are capable of straightening out sheets with our 7 roll flattening machine capable of flattening a maximum width of 4000 mm. ranging from a thickness of 10 mm to 70 mm. Further we offer the possibility of sandblasting the sheets surface with our 8 turbine sandblaster capable of sandblasting sheets up to a width of 3000 mm. With a maximum thickness of 600 mm. In order to guarantee the best available products to our clients C.D.Acciai uses the following equipment:
-Ultrasonic equipment for checking internal structural defects
-Digital Ultrasonic thickness measuring equipment
-Digital Calipers
-Bench metal hardness tester

PLATES in prime and stock qualities, in both commercial and non commercial sizes. - Thickness from 8 mm up to 200 mm Quality: - S275JR - S355JR - S355JO - S355J2+N. - P265GH - P295GH - P355NH ASTM516 Gr. 60 -70 with resilience -20°, -46°.
COILS in prime and stock qualities.- HOT ROLLED thickness from1.5 up to 20 mm.- COLD ROLLED thickness from 0.5 up to 3 mm.- PICKLED COILS thickness from 1.5 up to 15 mm.- GALVANIZED COILS thickness from 0.5 up to 3 mm.- MAGNETIC.- PPGI.
Product
STRAIGHTENING of heavy plates or oxycut plates up to max. 250 mm by a press GALLI from 800 Mt of crushing.
FLATTENING of heavy plates for third parties by a min. 10 mm to 70 mm max. with max. 4 m width and 12 m in length.
SANDBLASTING of heavy plates, strips and sheets by a OMSG blasting machine size width max. 3 m and length max. 16 .
