Welcome Back I would like to welcome everyone back for another term at Warnervale Public School. We are a vibrant school community with multiple opportunities for students to succeed and excel. I know that the majority of students had a great holiday and have started off the term in a positive fashion. Term 4 is always an extremely busy time for students and teachers. I look forward to celebrating the wonderful achievements of our students and seeing examples of their progress throughout the term. Kindergarten Transition 2019 Our 2019 Kindergarten transition program will begin on Friday October 26 This will start with an EXPO for our Kindergarten 2019 parents in the hall. We are looking forward to welcoming our 78 new Kindergarten students. Children will enjoy participating in some classroom activities. The other transition dates are November 2, November 9 and November 16. World Teachers’ Day World Teachers’ Day is celebrated on the last Friday in October. I would like to pay tribute to the entire teaching staff at Warnervale. The school community is fortunate to have a team of teachers who are very dedicated and passionate about educating children and who are also willing to go that extra mile, providing many extra curricula activities. I would also like to congratulate Mrs Kylie Selby who will be presented with an award at a Central Coast Award Ceremony on Monday evening. Kylie is an exceptional classroom practitioner and school leader—Warnervale students benefit from her dedication and caring nature. School Spectacular The hard work begins in earnest for our 18 students who will be performing in the choir at the 2018 School Spectacular. This will be a wonderful opportunity for the students who begin their rehearsals in Sydney next week. There is the opportunity for your child to attend this dancing and musical spectacular on Friday November 23. Please read the note carefully as we have only 40 places and they will be on a first in basis. Change of Address / Moving in 2019 If you are leaving us at the end of this year, you need to notify the school in writing. This is very important for school organisation and staffing structures. We are awaiting the arrival of our new demountable. Next year we will be forming 22 classes. Welcome Back

I would like to welcome everyone back for another term at Warnervale Public School. We are a vibrant school community with multiple opportunities for students to succeed and excel. World Teachers’ Day

World Teachers’ Day is celebrated on the last Friday in October. I would like to pay tribute to the entire teaching staff at Warnervale.
