IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS – Read all installation instructions before installing. It is important to save these instructions. – Only install and connect LED module with power disconnected at the circuit breaker. Hot plugging, or connecting the module with power

on, could damage the LEDs and is not covered by warranty. – Observe and follow all label information and instructions regarding dry, damp and wet location listings, proper Intense LED module,

warnings of installation near combustible materials and/or insulation. – Be sure to connect ground wire to prevent electric shock or other potential hazards. – The product must be installed in a manner consistent with the intended use and in compliance with the national electrical codes and local

codes by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved. – WARNING: Use only Intense Lighting trims listed for use with this fixture. Use of trims other than those listed by Intense Lighting is a

violation of N.E.C 110-3(B) and voids all warranties.

TOP COVER REMOVAL:1. Remove all four M3 x 10mm flat head fasteners and keep for use on lid replacement.

FASTENING PENDANT STEM TO FIXTURE:1. Slide pendant stem through

canopy and screw one hex nut before lid and another after lid. Leave 1/4” of pendant thread after lid. Tighten hex nuts together and ensure stem is securely fastened to lid.

STEM ATTACHMENT TO UNIVERSAL PLATE1. Make sure to leave a slight space between supplied hex nuts attached to the stem2. Hang the stem onto the universal plate at the center retaining area, making sure wire

connections are inside jbox area and securing canopy cover in position as shown3. Tighten bottom hex nut below the universal plate to secure stem attachment4. Place canopy cover against the universal plate for tooless attachment

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS1. Make electrical connections through the clearance area of the universal plate2. Connect ground wire from universal mounting plate to green (ground) supply wire and

ground wire from fixture, white wire from cylinder to white (neutral) supply wire and black wire from cylinder to black (hot) supply wire. Use UL listed connectors or wire nuts (by others) to make the connections. Connect dimming wires if applicable, see page 4 & 5.

ACCESSORY HOLDER:1. Rotate release cap by turning counter clockwise.2. Install accessories into accessory holder and replace accessory holder’s retaining clip.3. Place accessory holder and accessory flush against optic and replace release cap.

OPTIC REPLACEMENT:1. Remove trim, then remove module from channel and disconnect quick connect.2. Rotate release cap by turning counter clockwise.3. Set cap and retainer ring aside and change optics.4. Align optic pins to slots in module.

hardware (supplied by others)3. Make electrical connections (See Page 2, Step 6)4. Reinstall cover plate with supplied 8-32 hardware, insure wires are clear of box edges

not pinched or damaged when cover is screwed down

MODULE REMOVAL1. Check that power is off at breaker, hot plugging may damage leds2. Remove Trim (see figure.1)3. Insert #1 flat head screw driver between optic and module cap as shown on detail call out (round pendant only, square pendant use finger to grip module at cap) pull down gently (see figure.2)4. *Take caution not to scratch surface of optic during this step, use #1 flat screw, larger screw driver may damage module*5. Grasp module with hand and fully remove from housing (see figure 3)6. Disconnect quick connect from fixture to module7. Install Follow Steps In Reverse

*Snap module into channel and confirm module sits parallel to ceiling line and is securely fastened into fixture before reattaching trim or turning power back on to fixture*
