This is a fantastic opportunity for fellow umpiresand scorers to meet officials at the top of theirgame, and to find out their views on the many hottopics that are around at the moment.
The evening may well be hosted by a 'celebritymc', most likely from Sky TV, and follow an 'openforum' type format.
The evening is open to umpires and scorers whoare members of the Warwickshire Association,the neighbouring Associations and ECB ACO.

Elite ICC officials to attend WCU&SA MeetingAs promised in the last Newsletter and after months of hard work behind the scenes by our chairman,Mark Gumbley, WCUSA is able to confirm that in conjunction with the ECB ACO, we will be hosting anevening at Edgbaston on Monday 8th August 2011.
In attendance will be the appointed officials, namely Simon Taufel, Steve Davis, Ranjan Madugalle
and Barry Dudleston (the Regional High Performance Manager).

Successful Candidates 2011 receive L1 Umpiring Certificates from the chairman
WCU&SA President and chief Trainer, John Jameson ran highly successfulLevel 1 & 1A courses in the winter. Level 1A was attended by candidatesfrom around the country. All passed with good marks.
Next Level 1A course has been arranged forSaturday 12th November
