November 2018 Newsletter Cathy Gill’s Report NDIS Quality & Safe Guarding Commission re- registration process is well under way. February/March 2019 & then June 2019 will be busy times in this process. Expected to be completed by July 31 2019. A review of our procedures is currently underway. Service users and their families may be asked to look at new agreements in the near future. These are required under the new commission to ensure service users have choice & control over their lives. The committee meet on the third Wednesday of the month. Please contact Cathy Gill if you have a matter you wish to have discussed by the committee on this night. Residents meetings are held monthly– all stakeholders are invited to attend to advocate on behalf of a resident. I would like to wish Arun Mukherjee all the best and a speedy recovery. Also Betty Grabham our thoughts are with you. We hope your move to Greenmount Gardens – Anglican Care -Mt Hutton is a smooth one. Residents End of Year Entertainment & prizes -So come along in your best dress up costumes and help our residents celebrate the end of year have a few hours of fun. NDIS Quality & Safe Guarding Commission re- registration process is well under way. February/March 2019 & then June 2019 will be busy times in this process. Expected to be completed by July 31 2019.

Lisa is a “Great Aunt” again “Lucy Hope” born in October .. a little sister for “Ruby Grace” who turned one in September.

Holidays

Sharon Cameron had 3 days down at the Blue Mountains, had beautiful weather and being Sharon did plenty of walking on trails and lots of stairs.
