GZA GeoEnvironmental Inc (GZA) has prepared this Addendum to the May 20 2010 Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) for the planned sampling of select residential water suppl y wells at the Mottolo Superfund Site (Mottolo) located in Raymond New Hampshire for the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Service (N HDES) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Refer to the attached updated Organizational Chart for sampling personnel planned for the event GZA anticipates referencing the NHDES- and EPA-approved May 20 I0 SAP for all sampling activities discussed herein

The following applicable tables and fi gure refer to the sampling planned for the week of June 21 2010 and June 28 20 I 0

bull Figure 1 illustrates all of the residential sampling locations near the Site

bull Table 2B refers to the specific sampling location and treatment methods at each residence to be sampled during the June 20 I0 sampling event

GZA GeoEnvironmental Inc (GZA) has prepared this Addendum to the May 20 2010 Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) for the planned sampling of select residential water suppl y wells at the Mottolo Superfund Site (Mottolo) located in Raymond New Hampshire for the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Service (N HDES) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Refer to the attached updated Organizational Chart for sampling personnel planned for the event GZA anticipates referencing the NHDES- and EPA-approved May 20 I0 SAP for all sampling activities discussed herein

The following applicable tables and fi gure refer to the sampling planned for the week of June 21 2010 and June 28 20 I 0

bull Table 2B refers to the specific sampling location and treatment methods at each residence to be sampled during the June 20 I0 sampling event
