Anything is possible and affordable - the budget is as much money as you need. You'll need to create a diagram of how everything will look. Your cake must have • A theme (like rainbow unicorns or lego or space)• At least 5 layers.• Only stuff that can be be made of cake or icing.

TALK: How many Dr Seuss books can you name? Do you know any Dr Seuss lyrics by

heart? Do you know what a tongue twister is? Can you find anyone in your bubble that knows the Peter Pepper picked a peck of pickled peppers tongue twister?

LOOK: At the different food truck designs below.

TALK: If your bubble had to open food truck together what type of food would you sell? Who would do the cooking? who would do the serving? Who would be in charge of the money? Who would be the boss?

DO: Design a food truck for your latest bubble business. You'll can only sell one type of food - tacos or burgers or ice cream or cakes or chips or sandwiches etc BUT you'll need to invent a menu that has four different variations of the food you

choose. What type of truck/caravan/trailer will you choose? Create a design for your food truck - how will it look when it is closed? What about when it is open. What will its logo be? What will the aprons look like?

WATCH: World War 1 Cousins by the legendary people at Horrible Histories World. The reasons behind why we had to have a First World War can be very confusing but if you want to watch the full playlist HH do a fantastic job (https://bit.ly/3eCqN0J)TALK: Does your family have anyone that fought in World War 1? They would definitely be a great if not a great great or maybe even a great great great. Where did your family live during the First World War 1914-1918? Were they in New Zealand yet?DO: Use Auckland Museum Cenotaph Database to search for New Zealand soldiers that fought in the First World War. You could try searching for• a name of someone in your family who you know served• a name from a cenotaph that you see when you go for your daily walk.• just your family surname• the name of where you live (the street or the town).

WATCH: At these copies of Ideal Bookshelf by the book loving artist Jane Mount. Then watch this video of Jane painting one of her Ideal Bookshelf paintings (https://youtu.be/juc7rIBDnpU).

TALK: Which books would be on your idea bookshelf? Jane only lets you choose a top 10 (maybe 15 if they are skinny). Interview the people in your bubble and get them to choose theirs.

DO: Look up the books you have chosen for your painting on the internet (or gather them together if you have copies at home). Now arrange them so they look perfect. What order will they need to be in? Colour? Theme? Symbol? Ranking?

Now get to work. Paint the underneath colours first and then wait for them to dry. Now add the detail.

DO: Create an insect out of stuff in your backyard. Go into your backyard/garden or anywhere you can access outside (with your parents). Collect a range of natural items like leaves, twigs, flowers etc. Bring them back home and lay them out. Think of an insect you would like to try to create and use your items to rearrange into the shape of it. WATCH: How to make a simple lava lamp at home

TALK: What were the steps to make the lava lamp? What were the ingredients needed? Do you have those ingredients at home? Does the homemade lava lamp look like a real lava lamp? What are the differences? Do you think this experiment will work? What causes the experiment to work?

DO: Create your own at DIY lava lamp. You will need oil, water, food colouring, vinegar and baking soda. Was your prediction correct? Can you find out the science behind the experiment?

TALK: You’re in the woods near the end of the day and you ask yourself: should I set up camp now, or do I have enough daylight to keep going? But you’re not sure what time sunset is, and therefore how much light you have left. There’s a simple method you can employ to find out how many daylight hours there are before the sun sets. The cool part is that the only equipment you need is your hands.

DO: Test out this method. Does your location make a difference? Would this be the same if you were in a forest? On a mountain?

Can you list a country (or city) for every letter of the Alphabet? What about a list of countries (or cities) that everyone in your bubble has visited? What about choosing a country that you have a connection to and listing all the cities you know in that country?DO: Take the list you have made. Can you put all of your bubble people in order of age? Now can you think of ten more people you know and put them in order of age? Now think about what would be the oldest thing in your house ? When was it made? How old does that make it?DO: You will need to find everything on the The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York map. Jump in the Time Machine and see if you can find a real picture or video of each thing on the map. The Time Machine will let you select time + region + type of object. Tick each item off as you go.

TALK: It is really easy to post a review online - and when no-body questions the reviewer it is easy for people to be negative. Do you think people are "more honest" because they can leave a review online? If they had to speak the review to a person, would they say the same thing? A US designer decided to create a series of hilarious travel posters for all some of the 1 star reviews.

DO: Use a site like Trip Advisor. Choose a place of interest (a theme park, park, hike or museum. Read the 1 star reviews and find the most ridiculous. Illustrate and share.
