Water Fights Two girls from 5A had a water fight. Each accused the other of starting the fight. When Mrs. Halton asked them to go to the social worker, they both decided to compromise and forget it. Sara A., Fatima, Reem & Khawla -6B

Happy Mother’s Day Mothers are gifts from Allah they are like angles from the sky. They took care of us when we were young and as we grew older too. If it weren’t for her you wouldn’t be reading this. So if you disappoint her you’ll never get her back because mothers are priceless.
So we’re celebrating this day and making them happy but that doesn’t mean that you obey her and appreciate her hard work only on this day. Mothers are always special not only once in a year.
Try not to disappoint her, never, especially on mother’s day. How would you feel if someone upset you or fought with you, of course mad and sad, but what if that happened on your birthday it will be a night you’ll never forget and will cause double the sadness.
Mothers are Priceless so try to give her happiness and I advise you to always appreciate her and don’t forget to bring her a gift or a flower that would make her feel more special.

Fun sports day…
The 18th of March was KG’s
sports day; this year all the kids
brought their
bicycles and
biked all day in
the playground.
The kids looked cute; playing under
the sun and their teachers looked
like their shadows following them
with their black abayas.
We enjoyed watching
them from our class windows.
