Publishing Online...Ensure you’ve selected ‘Link to live results’ in the publish website

Open Start list window, click www link - it will publish start list as it

appears!

Open Calculation & Classification windows

After each pass:Update #1

After each skier:Update #1, #2 & #3

Once next skier is ready:Select the skier

Update #1

This will update the skier on water!

Check the website regularly to make sure this look like you expect!

You will probably need to re-publish the competition ensuring the podiums option is checked.

If you don’t do this the results will not appear in the Ranking Lists

WST Scorebook:If you have the file select, otherwise click ‘Make file...’

Update required information

Click ‘Save’

Filename will be comp code .wst - save in correct folder

3 Files will be created (only 2 if no jump event)

1. wst file

2. iwwf file

3. jump times file

Click ‘Close’

WSK Waterski Scoring File:This will be selected automatically



HTML Results File:If you have the file select, otherwise click ‘Make file...’




Check events selected are correct

Click ‘Make HMTL file’

File will be created

Confirmation message will show save location



PDF Results File:If you have the file select, otherwise click ‘Make file...’

Check page breaks are in the correct place!

• Click ‘Make PDF document’

• File will be created

• Confirmation message will show save location



HOM Homologation File:The Homologator has this file - make sure you get a copy as it’s your responsibility to upload!

• Select the file

• Click ‘Publish dossier’

• This will submit the files to E&A TC

• You will receive an email with links to all of the files

IWWF Scorebook:If you have the file select, otherwise click ‘Make file...’


Click ‘Save scorebook’

Filename will be comp code iwwf.txt - save in correct folder

Jump Times:If you have created the IWWF file this will have been automatically selected (if you have a jump

“Please correct the shown errors and re-submit the file”

You will need to check the errors via the link,

correct them and re-submit!

You have 2 options:

1. Wait until you get home and resubmit the Jump Times file only

2. Send an emailwith file *JumpTimes.txt to [email protected] from any email application

Print Preview...Generally things will appear online as they do when printed

Review Online...Check the results site when publishing something new - to make sure you’re happy!
