The design, planning and engineering of all components and parts is specifically for the Refrigerant R-717. The characteristics of R-717 are :
• GWP (Global Warming Potential) : 7 • ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential ) : 0 • Categorization in class B2, EN 378
The water-cooled chiller is factory adjusted and ready for the on-site installation. Each device at the chiller has passed pressure tests and the unit is filled with nitrogen for delivery. The plug-in version includes in addition to the refrigeration part, the electrical cabinet and the optimized and preset control system. The water-cooled chiller FP-WC717 is manufactured with one refrigerant circuit, but is with two compressors. The chiller works in flooded operation. Chillers till a capacity of 310kW are made with open reciprocating compressors and from 400kW—1000kW capacity with open screw compressors. Capacity control of the chiller works in 4 steps. All required components are designed for automatic function, assembled at the factory. The chiller is made for indoor or outdoor installation and is suitable for areas according to requirements of EN 378. Design features: - Open compressor piston or screw type with pressure and suction side shut-off valve (Bitzer) - Asynchronous motor 400V / 50Hz - 50Hz operation, coupling and coupling casing mounted on base frame - Pressure piping - Oil separator - Secondary oil separator and oil return into the suction collector - Shuttle valve with two safety valves on oil separator - Aircooled condenser with casing for indoor and outdoor installation; mounted on base frame - EC-condenser fans - Liquid line with filter and stainless steel container, filling valve and check valve - Combinated flooded evaporator / separator in Plate & Shell design - Electronic control for the flooded operation - Hydraulic side with sensors at the inlet and outlet, flange connections, a flow switch, filling and draining possibility - A shuttle valve, 2 safety valves and 2 probes on Liquid Level control - Automatic oil return system from the combined evaporator / separator in the Suction -Suction valve, Heat exchanger and hydraulic lines of the heat transfer fluid side are iisolated with 13mm or 19mm Kaiflex - Electrical cabinet and controllers, including system-specific software and optimizations - Control technology accessories and safety devices - Documentation in CAD (standard version or optional special version)
