PREPRUFE PLUSPre-applied external waterproof membranes for basements and substructures Preprufe develops a continuous mechanical bond to poured concrete preventing water migration between the structure and the membrane, substantially reducing the risk of leaks. Preprufe 300R & 160R Plus also provide protection against methane, CO2 and radon gas. For use below slabs and on reinforced concrete basement walls. Preprufe® Plus waterproof membranes are composite sheets comprising a robust HDPE backing, a pressure sensitive adhesive and a trafficable weather resistant coating with dual adhesive Preprufe® ZipLap™ for increased security and practicability at overlap.

In addition to the pre-applied 160R/300R Plus grades Preprufe is now available in a post applied grade for use on reinforced concrete structures as post applied external tanking.

SERVISEAL®

Serviseal is an externally cast passive PVC waterstop system manufactured in a range of sizes for the protection of expansion, construction and contraction joints in reinforced concrete basements and substructures.

SERVITITE®

Servitite is a specially formulated PVC, internally cast, heavy duty waterstop system manufactured in a range of sizes and grades for use in reinforced concrete structures. Servitite is cast into the centre of the concrete member where it provides resistance against high hydrostatic pressure from both faces.

PVC EDGETIE™ PVC Edgetie is an internally cast passive waterstop system manufactured in a range of sizes for sealing joints in concrete structures subject to water pressure. Centrally placed.

AT SYSTEMAT System waterstops have been specially developed for water excluding and retaining structures such as basements, reservoirs or sewage treatment works. AQUATEK SUPER XAAquatek Super XA is a powder with a very high concentration of active ingredients, composed of Portland cement, selected silicas, chemically reactive ingredients and modifiers.When mixed with water and applied to a concrete surface, its active chemicals combine with the free-lime and the humidity, to form long chained insoluble crystalline complexes which block the capillaries and micro-fissures in the concrete, thus stopping water penetration.Applications• Waterproofing and protective coating for concrete constructions, both below

and above ground. Basements, water reservoirs, water tanks, water treatment plants, tunnels, swimming pools, canals, conduit pipes, ponds etc. can be permanently sealed with Aquatek Super XA.

CRACK INJECTION KITS

INFILTRASTOP INJECTION SYSTEMInfiltrastop is a preventative injection tube for the permanent sealing of cold and construction joints in concrete, pipe penetrations and voids between slurry walls and slabs, etc. Where new and old concrete will join an injection tube is installed.

When water is infiltrating into the joint, a De Neef injection grout is injected through the PVC end pieces, which protrude out of the concrete at easily accessible places. The way the joint is sealed. Preferably, the injection will be executed after curing and setting of the concrete. The leaking joints can thus be permanently sealed.

Applications

• Sealing of cold and construction joints, pipe penetrations, joints between slurry walls and slabs through post-injection of the tube with De Neef resins.

RONAFIXRonafix is a high performance site batched, Agrément Board certified, water based SBR polymer for producing waterproof and tanking renders, concrete repair and floor screeds and repairs. The cured mortar bonds monolithically to concrete and other surfaces and will resist both positive and negative pressure.
