How to Order1. Send in a complete drawing to [email protected]
or call our design team at 800-276-2419.
2. Drawing must include the following:
Complete, accurate dimensions of the area to be
heated. Include all wall dimensions from start to
finish around the room.
Thermostat location
Dimensions of any obstructions in the heated area
(vents, plug-ins, plumbing, etc.)
3. A design showing the Custom TapeMat layout will be
faxed back for customer approval. A signature must
be on file verifying the accuracy of the layout.
4. Once the design is approved, please send us a
purchase order, including:
Custom TapeMat order number
Custom TapeMat project number
Customer’s approved signature on the design
drawing
5. Mats will ship within 3 business days after receipt
of purchase order with the customer approved,
signed drawing.
