2014  Annual  Ministry  Report

A  Year  in  ReviewThis annual report for 2014 is a reminder of how God is at work in our Worship Center congregation. We can assume that people’s lives are being transformed, but statistics tell us the story. We can celebrate God’s goodness together.

We don’t track statistics to applaud ourselves but so we can clearly see how we are fulfilling our assignment from God as a church family. Numbers give us an honest look at what we are doing well and where we need to improve. Looking at the numbers gives us transparency, awareness, and encouragement.  What I want us to understand is that behind every number there is a real, live person that has a story - a story as to how God has touched and changed his or her life. Every person’s story reminds us that God has a purpose for each of our lives.

We are also reminded of God’s amazing grace and redemption. We can see how our church family is growing and reaching out to people. As you read this annual report, we are thankful to God that we can work together to make a difference in someone’s life. It also encourages us to use our gifts even more for the sake of the Kingdom of God.

Life  ChangeIt’s difficult to show with numbers how

God changes a life. But with numbers, we can see how God is moving.

Connec<onsWe are made for relationship. When an individual like you and me makes connection, it can lead to God making an eternal difference.

When a person comes to Connections at WC, the intent is to not only connect them to what they came to WC for, but to acquaint them with a place - a family to belong to.

Not everyone stays. Some are tourists who come while they’re in there area, and we’re glad to be here for them. Others come from other churches, and we want to be here for them as well.

But the goal at Worship Center is to connect those who don’t know Jesus to Him in a way that ultimately changes their life.

By far, investing and inviting someone is the best way to see this take place.

TLR moved their gathering from the Student Ministries Center to the main auditorium to accommodate growth.

Note: Attendance represented is monthly from April through December due to missing data for January-March 2014.
