The solar energy and a photovoltaic system are, for many households in Nigeria, often the only way of supplying energy.

The SOLAR ACADEMY class will also include basic computer skills training and industrials training in solar companies.

Sanitary wards in schools are an important contribution to the medical care of children in South-East Nigeria.

EMPOWER THE YOUTH!We are up for the implementation of the SOLAR ACADEMY project and DONATIONS ARE NEEDED! Although the CURRICULA are recognized from the Ministry of Education, hired QUALIFIED LECTURERS are to take care of lectures, with trainers from the solar companies. This local administration is only about 20% of the cost.

LOOKING TO THE FUTURE WITH HOPE...This should not be a dream, but a good right of each individual. Unfortunately, many children and adolescents in Nigeria grow without any future perspective Intelligent and wise children from very poor family background especially, cannot attend schools because their families simply cannot a�ord the school fees. Without outside help, these children have no chance of escaping poverty.

The German-based association Perspectiven für Nigeria e.V. is committed to the well-being of young people in South-Eastern Nigeria and promotes long-term aid projects. Our goal is to empower people to make a living and earn themselves income that could take them home at the end of the day and enable them live digni�ed lives with their families. Vocational training is a prerequisite for this.

WITH EDUCATION AND SOLAR ENERGY, ONE IS STRONG FOR LIFEPROJECT ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER SOLAR ACADEMYThat's why we decided to cooperate with our local partner - DR. ALUTU'S COLLEGE OF EXCELLENCE and the solar company, SOLARFOR-TE - for a vocational school to train up solar energy professionals. The institution is: ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER SOLAR ACADEMY and should primarily be supporting indigent students.

In 2019, the school in Nnewi North in south-eastern, Nigeria will kick-o� with its �rst set of, at least,15 students. Three years later, they would be able to secure jobs in a solar industry or set up their own businesses with loans.

LEARN BETTER WITH COMPUTERSPROJECT: COMPUTER TRAINING Perspektiven für Nigeria e.V., has realized at the beginning of the year 2017 a project to improve school education with the �nancial support of the Rotary Club Leverkusen for Marcellina Udojis Kindergarten and Primary school Ozubulu in Anambra state, Nigeria. In order to support the teaching of English in the media, laptops were purchased on-site, enabling the pupils to work with a special learning software. In this way, pupils could interactively improve their knowledge and, above all, their pronunciation and increase their career opportunities later in the job market. At the same time, the use of the computer is learned, so that the students acquire new skills in this area, which make them proud and self-con�dent. We have made it our goal to provide a few compu-ters to support other schools

HELP US TO CONTINUE THIS PROJECT.

EVERY CHILD HAS THE RIGHT TO MEDICAL HELPPROJECT: SCHOOL INFIRMARIESSANITARY STATIONS IN SCHOOLSAccess to the doctor or hospital is very di�cult in the South-East region of Nigeria. It simply lacks a nationwide coverage. In addition, families often cannot a�ord a doctor's visit.

Therefore, sanitary facilities in schools are enormously important. It can ensure the care and treatment of sick students and people in need of care. At some schools, such stations already provide for sick children, but not all at all.

For the ambitious goal, the basic equipment of the stations with medical equipment and medicines as well as beds and sanitary facilities is necessary. This requires enormous �nancial resources that can only be provided with donations.

Much has to be done here and urgent help is needed!
