We are small in number but mighty in spirit.

With that said when it comes to staffing and electronic resources many of us wear many hats.

There is a core staff that consists of our systems’ librarian, our head of technical services, and me.

Systems’ Librarian Responsibilities

Troubleshoot database concerns

Contact the appropriate vendor for additional assistance

Maintain statistical information for all electronic resources

Head of Technical Services Role in Electronic Resources Processes

Essentially pays the bills

Assistant Director Responsibilities

Assist the director in finding the money

Work with the vendors, the director, and others to get the necessary contracts signed and invoices in place

Additional Staffing as Needed

Staffing needs change depending on the discipline and the task.
