PRIMARK As one of the largest and most successful fast fashion retailers in the world, Primark are in high demand.

Cushman & Wakefield previously secured Primark’s first stores in several European countries including France and Spain. Recently Cushman & Wakefield has provided complex and detailed market entry advice in order for Primark to ‘take on’ the challenging U.S. retail market.

Building on this successful partnership, Cushman & Wakefield Italy has been exclusively retained to provide market entry advice and have secured their first store in Milan with more to follow.

ASICSThrough extensive knowledge of the brand the Cross Border Team were able to advise Asics on acquiring a flagship store on Regent Street in London. This flagship will be the first store to host all of the Asics brands.

Cushman & Wakefield are exclusively mandated to advise Asics across Europe and continue to look for opportunities in their target markets to ably assist with their continued expansion.

TK MAXX Offering affordable seasoned fashion and fantastic value, TK Maxx represents a U.S. company that has conquered the UK. TK Maxx have since turned their attention to Europe and building on the success of their Polish roll out, Cushman & Wakefield is now exclusively instructed to acquire stores throughout the Netherlands.

Cushman & Wakefield recently acquired stores in Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Groningen and have a healthy pipeline of new stores planned for TK Maxx.

JD SPORTS Cushman & Wakefield assisted JD Sports to enter the Belgium market by familiarising them with the local market and reviewing several opportunities to understand their requirements.

Today they are open in Mons, Ghent and Charleroi, Rive Gauche. We have also helped them to find new stores (opening soon) in Turnhout and a second location in Liège (Médiacité).

KIABICushman & Wakefield was appointed by Kiabi to represent the brand in its expansion throughout the country. Since 2016, Cushman & Wakefield successfully concluded negotiations for two important Shopping Centres; Forum Sintra developed by Multi, where Kiabi opened its newest generation store in March 2017 and MAR Shopping Matosinhos, an Inter Ikea scheme located in Porto in May.

With an average surface of 1,800 sq. m, Kiabi has well-structured expansion plans over the next few years, aiming to be present in the best shopping centres across the country.

DOCKS BRUXSEL BRUSSELSDocks Bruxsel is a new and emerging neighbourhood situated alongside the canal in the north of Brussels. The area is undergoing extensive economic restructuring and regeneration to offer customers a unique, urban experience that brings together leisure, shops, food, culture and entertainment. Opened in October 2016, this shopping centre is in excess of 49,000 sq. m with 95% pre-let by Cushman & Wakefield. We defined the commercial tenant mix securing anchor tenants such as Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Mediamarkt, H&M and Match. Following these successful leasings other high-scale brands have recongized our objective of creating an Urban Chic destination within Brussels.

BE-MINE RETAIL PARK BERINGENThe Cushman & Wakefield Out of Town Retail team was involved in the development, consultancy, leasing and sale of this 15,000 sq. m retail park. The team worked with the developer to draft the scheme, creating a competitive commercial mix within a unique location close to a former mining site. This involved handling negotiations with various retailers and signing leases with national and international retailers including Albert Heijn, LolaLiza, Brico, ZEB, Vandenborre, C&A, Veritas, Chaussea, Ava, Bent and H&M. Finally, we assisted the developer in negotiations to sell the retail park, handling the share deal transaction with an institutional investor.

JD SPORTS EXPANSION INTO BELGIUMCushman & Wakefield Belgium assisted JD Sports by familiarising them with the local markets and showing them several good opportunities to further understand their requirements in terms of surface and rent.

Cushman & Wakefield assisted JD Sports in quickly securing iconic shops in key cities across the country, including Brussels and Liège. In 2017, they have also opened in Mons, Ghent, Turnhout and in a second location in Liège (Médiacité).

We advised them on their expansion strategy and after reviewing a number of opportunities we assisted them in negotiating their leases with respective landlords.

Due to this unique collaboration, in 2016, JD Sports appointed the Cushman & Wakefield Belgium team as exclusive leasing agents for further expansion within Belgium.

RIVE GAUCHE – CHARLEROI Acting on behalf of Iret, Cushman & Wakefield was instructed as exclusive leasing agents on Rive Gauche, a new shopping centre located in the city centre of Charleroi. Rive Gauche provides 39.000 sq m GLA across 3 levels with a mix of retail, restaurants and cafés, office space and a hotel. Cushman & Wakefield provided strategic advice on the layout of the shopping center, the commercial mix and strategy from the start of this development. We have successfully let the scheme in it's entirety with flagship stores as Primark, Zara, H&M, Kiabi, C&A, Pull&Bear, Bershka, and Burger King.

THE MINT, BRUSSELS Strategically located as an extension of Brussels’ Rue Neuve, The Mint provides a new shopping experience in the heart of Brussel’s City Center, attracting 15 million shoppers per year.

This project is part of a larger plan to revitalize the centre of Brussels, which includes pedestrianizing certain streets and fostering an inclusive community atmosphere. To date, Place de la Monnaie and Rue des Fripiers have had a major facelift. Rue Neuve, Place De Brouckère and Boulevard Anspach are currently also being renovated, as is the De Brouckère metro which is located on the lower level of the development.

Offering 15,000 sq. m GLA of prime retail surface across 3 levels in a brand new complex, this new shopping destination opened in October 2017.

The Cushman & Wakefield team secured anchor tenants Uniqlo, Kiabi, Esprit, Hema, NYX, Decathlon, Carrefour, Hans Anders, Tamaris and many more.

7 RUE PHILIPPE II - LUXEMBOURGThe infamous and trendy high-end group SMCP was actively looking to relocate their small Maje boutique to a larger and better situated store, whilst Dolce & Gabbana had brought their flagship store lease on Rue Philippe II to the market. Cushman & Wakefield identified this as the ideal opportunity for client SMCP to relocate Maje and in the same unit open a Claudie Pierlot (3rd brand of the group) in the Luxembourg market.

Cushman & Wakefield was the coordinator of this double and key transaction ensuring all parties were satisfied with the transaction.

INFINITY - LUXEMBOURGBy 2019, an outstanding and unusual real estate project combining a future destination for shopping, living and working will open at the Kirchberg entrance and will redefine the Luxembourg skyline. Ideally situated at the heart of the Luxembourg city’s European district, “Infinity” will be the first residential tower of Luxembourg with a 6,800 sq. m of offices and 6,500 sq. m of retail and services space.

With strategic advice from Cushman & Wakefield, the developer Immobel won the tender from the administration of Kirchberg (FUAK) and Cushman & Wakefield were promplty instructed as a co-agent for both the leasing and sale of the retail and office units. The project was fully pre-let before construction began in April 2017 and delivery is due for completion by mid 2019.

LE TOISON D’OR BRUXELLESCushman & Wakefield BeLux were instructed as sole agents to market the most prominent retail scheme in Brussels. We provided development advice on the 6,500 sq. m plot located in the centre of one of the best shopping streets in Belgium, resulting in the leasing of a 12,000 sq. m retail scheme in uptown Brussels. We successfully secured world-class tenants including the first (and only) Apple store in Belgium, a new Zara flagship and Belgium’s first Bodum.

MEIR 17 – ANTWERPENIn early 2017, Cushman & Wakefield advised Puma to sign a lease agreement for their new flagship on the Meir in Antwerpen. This was a unique transaction carried out by Cushman & Wakefield, as this marked the return of Puma to Belgium following their exit a few years ago. The flagship will be open by end of 2017.

RETAIL PARK - COURT SAINT ETIENNECushman & Wakefield was appointed in the leasing of this retail park developed by Equilis, one of Belgium’s leading developers. Cushman & Wakefield assisted Equilis in developing the leasing strategy to create a competitive commercial mix. We managed the leasing strategy to negotiate successful leasings with Hubo, Action, Boulangerie Louise and Deli-traiteur.

CAMP DAVID, PRAGUEPalladium, Republic Square 1,Prague 1Cushman & Wakefield wasappointed by Camp David tofind a new location for theirstore in the prime high streetlocation of Prague. Our HighStreet team introducedseveral options to CampDavid and advised them onthe final decision. As theprime high street space islimited in regard to thedesired sized units, thePalladium shopping centrelocated in the heart ofPrague was the best possiblesolution for the needs of theclient. We were furtherinvolved in negotiations withthe former tenant F&F andthe landlord on the takeoverof the unit. As a result, CampDavid acquired a unit of 558sq. m located in a primeshopping destination in oneof the top shopping centresin the Czech Republic.

FOOT LOCKERWenceslas Square 2, Prague 1 MINT Cushman & Wakefield was appointed by Mint as exclusive leasing agent for one of the most iconic corner buildings on Prague's high street. Our High Street Retail team was involved in B2B marketing, introducing this unique opportunity to all main global retailers, selecting and negotiating final deals with Foot Locker. As a result, Foot Locker took 5 floors (3 floors dedicated to sales) within this iconic building with a total area of 1,500 sq. m and opened its largest flagship in Central Europe. The property is situated at the busiest intersection of Wenceslas Square and Na Prikope Street, with an annual footfall of 36 million visitors.

COS Pařížská 23, Prague 1 PSN Cushman & Wakefield’s High Street Retail team was appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the re-development and leasing of the property Pařížská 23, one the best known luxury shopping streets in Central Europe. Our High Street Retail team secured COS, the premium brand from the H&M Group, with a total area of 670 sq. m. COS opened its first store in the Czech Republic in spring 2016, offering three floors of modern and well positioned retail space. Other brands secured by Cushman & Wakefield on Parizska Street are Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Tiffany & Co. and Brioni.

VAPIANO Spálená 2121/22, Prague 1CPI PGCushman & Wakefield facilitated the premises for the first Vapiano restaurant in the Czech Republic. After initiating discussions and presenting several opportunities in Prague, Vapiano chose the completely new food court floor at the Quadrio shopping centre for their new location. Our team introduced Vapiano to the landlord CPI PG and closed the deal on behalf of thelandlord. Vapiano (600 sq. m) opened in August 2017 followed by the rest of the food court in September 2017.

IGY II, CESKE BUDEJOVICE IGY II, České BudějoviceCPI PGCushman & Wakefield manages and exclusively releases the majority of CPI PG portfolio (9 projects in total) including IGY České Budějovice (20,000 sq. m). Our Shopping Centre Asset Releasing team is further involved in the development consultancy and leasing of IGY. ELNÒS SHOPPING - IKEA CENTRES RONCADELLE, BRESCIAFollowing a winning bid, Cushman & Wakefield was appointed to lease the gallery of ELNÒS Shopping, the largest shopping centre in the province of Brescia and the second mall developed by IKEA Centres in Italy. The task was completed in the spring of 2016 with 100% of stores let, delivering a top quality brand mixincluding international and local brands with a total of 144 shops, across 2 commercial levels totalling 88,000 sq. m of GLA. Besides the pre-existing anchor, an IKEA store that is now connected to the gallery, the mall features Primark, all Inditex brands, H&M, Sportland, Terranova, Piazza Italia, Pellizzari, Scarpe & Scarpe, Toys con Te, Euronics, Maisons du Monde and the grocery anchor Ipercoop.

HUDSON'S BAY, NATIONALHudson's Bay Company (HBC) has started their expansion strategy that includes opening up to 17 stores in the Netherlands in 2017. Cushman & Wakefield has already secured long-term lease agreements for approx. 91,800 sq. m. These locations include Amersfoort, Den Bosch, The Hague, Enschede, Haarlem, Leiden and Zwolle. All stores are former V&D department stores, who became bankrupt in early 2016. As the role of facilitator to property owners, the board of V&D and the administrator of V&D, Cushman & Wakefield was able to advise the landlords in reaching an agreement with HBC.

VODAFONE Cushman & Wakefield exclusively advises Vodafone in EMEA on the optimization of their European retail portfolio. Cushman & Wakefield also provide leasing management to Vodafone across all their stores. In 2017, we supported Vodafone in the acquisition of several new stores in Leiden, Tilburg, Dordrecht, Rotterdam, Hoogeveen, Groningen and Amsterdam. AMSTERDAM CHEESE COMPANYThe specialist brand Amsterdam Cheese Company is a concept store founded in 2013 that targets mainly tourists. SNIPES, NATIONAL Since 2014, Cushman & Wakefield have advised Snipes, the German sneaker and streetwear chain, on their entry to the Dutch market. Cushman & Wakefield have acquired a total of seven stores to date, equating to approximately 3,400 sq. m. All shops are situated in prime locations throughout the Netherlands including Amsterdam (765 sq. m), Eindhoven (210 sq. m), Enschede (365 sq. m), Haarlem (210 sq. m), Rotterdam (843 sq. m), Tilburg (550 sq. m), and Utrecht (290 sq. m).

SHOPPING CENTRE HEUVEL, EINDHOVENCushman & Wakefield provides leasing management and valuation services to CBRE Global Investors, owners of shopping centre Heuvel that has an area of approx. 23,000 sq. m. Recently, we have advised on a number of leases for new international brands including TK Maxx, H&M, Costes, Open32, Oil & Vinegar, Bijou Brigitte, Vapiano and Nespresso.

TK MAXX, NATIONALWe are exclusive advisors to TK Maxx on their entry into the Dutch market. Since 2014, we have advised on the acquisition of 8 stores in the Netherlands, which opened in the city centres of Eindhoven (2,338 sq. m), Rotterdam (2,371 sq. m), Groningen (3,526 sq. m), Heerlen (2,144 sq. m) and The Hague (2,552 sq. m). SHOPPING CENTRE BEURSTRAVERSE, ROTTERDAMBeurstrave is a (15,000 sq. m) high-quality shopping centre owned by CBRE Global Investors. Over the last 10 years, Cushman & Wakefield has provided leasing management to this institutional investor. NESPRESSOIn 2017, Cushman & Wakefield represented coffee specialist Nespresso in the lease transactions for two new boutiques in the Netherlands. ELEKTROWNIA POWIŚLECushman & Wakefield has been appointed by White Star Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners as co-exclusive agent for leasing the retail space in the redevelopment of Elektrownia Powiśle. With its modern industrial architecture and waterfront location near the recently rejuvenated River Vistula Boulevards and tourist hot spots. Elektrownia Powisle is set to transform the area into a new vibrant area of Warsaw, making it a magnet for visitors from Warsaw and across Poland.

The 50,000 sq. m multi-use project will provide an eclectic mix of retail and leisure destinations combining best retail brands, grade A offices, luxury residences and a boutique hotel. It will contain a new food hall, containing cafes, bars and restaurants. Opening is scheduled for early 2019.

ZŁOTE TARASY Złote Tarasy is one of the most spectacular and unique world class city centre retail projects in Europe. The multi-award winning centre is one of the three largest shopping centres to dominate the retail landscape in Warsaw and the only one of these centres open to third party management. From conception, Cushman & Wakefield was appointed as property management consultants, handle fit out coordination and secured 100% pre-let upon completion of the building. Our current services include full property management, strategic leasing & marketing, financial reporting, corporate accounting and sustainability advice.

GALERIA PÓŁNOCNA Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by GTC S.A. as co-exclusive leasing agents for the Galeria Północna shopping centre. The scheme is located in the north of Warsaw, in the Białołeka district, a fast developing area, with the city’s largest population growth. The 64,000 sq. m facility will be home to 220 stores, with a broad entertainment offer including a cinema, kids play area, restaurants and cafes. It is scheduled for delivery in Q3 2017. Galeria Północna will be the first shopping centre in Warsaw with a rooftop park, featuring a playground during summer and a skating rink in winter.

PRADERA Cushman & Wakefield was appointed by Pradera, a retail property fund and asset manager, as the exclusive leasing agents for the company’s retail portfolio comprising 25 prime retail parks next to IKEA stores across eight European countries. In Poland, Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for leasing four assets totaling 101,000 sq. m GLA including Rawa Park Handlowy in Katowice (a city in the southern part of Poland, with population of 300,000 and the Katowice agglomeration of 2.1 million), Franowo Park Handlowy in Poznań (the 5th largest city in Poland), Janki Park Handlowy and Targówek Park Handlowy in Warsaw (the capital and largest city of Poland with population of 1.7 million).

KAPPAHLCushman & Wakefield has been appointed as exclusive leasing agents to represent KappAhl in the re-negotiations of its existing leases for their 15 stores across Poland. Cushman & Wakefield was involved in securing lease agreements in Galeria Północna in Warsaw for KappAhl’s new store and the first Newbie store in Poland. Following the successful optimization of KappAhl’s existing retail portfolio in Poland, Cushman & Wakefield are instructed to prepare the strategy for future expansion of KappAhl and Newbie brands. KappAhl is a Swedish company operating 270 stores in four countries in Europe. The brand offers family fashion with trendy designs for affordable prices. Following popularity of their kids offer, they have decided to expand with a chain of Newbie stores focussed towards babies.

FORUM GDAŃSKCushman & Wakefield has been appointed by Multi Poland as co-exclusive leasing agent for an urban shopping and leisure centre, Forum Gdansk. This shopping centre is located in the centre of Gdansk, next to the largest regional public transport hub, integrating bus, tram and urban rapid services (SKM). Scheduled for delivery in Q1 2018, the scheme will provide 62,000 sq. m, accommodating 220 stores and a broad leisure and gastronomy offer. It will also integrate stand-alone H&M and TK Maxx flagship stores, the Gdansk Historical Heritage Centre, a tourist information office and a piazza with a food and beverage offering. The mall’s unique architecture incorporates the Radunia river canal, providing a natural water feature enclosed under a glass canopy.

FOREVER 21 Cushman & Wakefield has signed an agreement with Teren Management Europe as the exclusive partner for several countries in Europe to represent the globally recognised US brand Forever 21, in Poland.

Forever 21, one of the world’s leading fashion retailers, offering women’s, men’s, kids clothing and accessories is known for offering the latest fashion trends at great value. Today, there are 750 stores in 48 countries globally and it is the 5th largest fashion retailer in the United States.

The partnership with Cushman & Wakefield in Poland provides market advisory services and monitoring for ideal locations to open Forever 21 new stores. The first two stores opened in 2016, in Manufaktura in Lodz and Posnania in Poznan. Three locations will open in Warsaw in 2017, with other locations under negotiation.

OGRODY Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive agent responsible for releasing of Ogrody shopping centre on behalf of CPI Poland sp. z o.o. Opened in 2002, it was the first shopping centre in Elbląg, the city with a population of around 130,000. The scheme now provides a total of 40,000 sq. m of retail space over two levels, following the extension completed in 2015. It contains 130 retail and service units, a cinema, a spacious food court and a three-level car park with 1,000 spaces. Key tenants include Carrefour, Multikino, H&M, TK Maxx, CCC, Carry, Deichmann, Empik. The revamped shopping centre features an impressive glazed facade overlooking the gardens, after which it was named. Cushman & Wakefield has been involved in the project since 2015.

LIBERDADE 203 BUILDING, LISBON Cushman & Wakefield is instructed to lease the retail component of this luxury residential project. Liberdade 203 is the refurbishment of an entire block with more than 3,000 sq. m dedicated to retail with luxury apartments above, giving it the critical mass to become a notable name within luxury retail.

PRIMARK, NATIONAL Cushman & Wakefield provided market entry advice to Primark in 2009. The brand is the worldwide leader in fast fashion retail and has been extremely well received in Portugal. Cushman & Wakefield has successfully opened 10 Primark stores in strategic locations across the country.

PIKOLINOS, RUA AUGUSTA 168, LISBON Cushman & Wakefield was instructed to lease this 73 sq. m retail unit in the main commercial artery in downtown Lisbon, with a strong presence from national and international brands. After strategically approaching a number of retailers, and working alongside Cushman & Wakefield Spain, a new lease was negotiated with Pikolinos for their flagship store in Portugal.

VODAFONE, NATIONALAs part of the global instruction, Cushman & Wakefield managed the renegotiations of the 80 plus store portfolio, starting in late 2014. Our work with Vodafone continues and shows considerable results through considerable savings to the client through our advice resizing, relocation and/or layout improvements of units. Through this process, Vodafone has implemented a new store format, of which Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated 25 new acquisitions or relocations.

RUA NOVA DO ALMADA 83 - SPRINGFIELD Cushman & Wakefield was appointed to lease this unit located in the emerging area of Chiado, in Lisbon. After intense negotiations, the Cortefiel Group chose this location to relocate the existing Springfield unit of Chiado. Today, this flagship unit is one of the largest Springfield stores in Portugal.

PINKO, AV. LIBERDADE 36, LISBON Cushman & Wakefield was instructed by Prowinko to lease the former Aeroflot agency located in Avenida da Liberdade, in a premium location. After a selective market approach, Pinko was chosen to occupy this 260 sq. m unit that opened on the same night as the Vogue Fashion Night Out event in September 2016.

LISBON – LARGO CAMÕES – BRANDY MELVILLEHaving decided to expand into the Portuguese market, Brandy Melville identified the city as a potential entry point, specifically the Chiado area, Lisbon’s second largest zone in terms of retail supply and a top rental value location. Cushman & Wakefield is active in this area of Lisbon and secured the lease terms with the brand to successfully open their first flagship store in Portugal.

NOVA ARCADA Cushman & Wakefield is currently appointed by Caixa Geral de Depósitos to sell the shopping centre, Nova Arcada, managed by Sonae Sierra. Open since 2016, this shopping centre is comprised of 110 retail units, totaling more than 68,500 sq. m across 4 floors. This asset has huge sales value, taking advantage of retail brands’ expansion rates that is currently being witnessed in the market.

O BOTICÁRIO / QUEM DISSE, BERENICE?In January 2016, the Boticário Group selected Cushman & Wakefield to represent their two brands O Boticário and Quem disse, Berenice? in their expansion throughout the country. Since then, Cushman & Wakefield has successfully identified and leased or relocated 19 stores on behalf of these renowned perfume and cosmetics brands.

PARQUE DAS NAÇÕES - LA TAGLIATELLA, LISBONCushman & Wakefield was instructed to lease the retail component of the Explorer Building, located in a new and emerging area of Lisbon, Parque das Nações. Cushman & Wakefield successfully secured La Tagliatella as tenant, a famous Italian cuisine restaurant chain owned by Spanish group AmRest, for their first store in the country.

SACAVÉM RETAIL PARK - INTERMARCHÉ Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for placing Intermarché in the Sacavém Retail Park. Cushman & Wakefield was appointed by the landlord for the leasing and has secured the tenancy with Intermarché to occupy 3,350 sq. m of the scheme, which is still under development, thus guaranteeing the hypermarket retail anchor occupancy.

AVEIRO RETAIL PARK - MATRIZAUTOCushman & Wakefield was responsible for placing Matrizauto in Aveiro Retail Park, on behalf of the developer Multi. This new auto megastore, a sub-company of the centennial group JAP, is occupying 1,900 sq. m and is the first of its genre to open in a Retail Park in Portugal, representing a major challenge since it is the first of it's kind with a new tenant mix.

In 2014 ADG group bought a lot of 39 old soviet cinemas at the auction arranged by the Moscow Government. In 2017, reconstruction began and the first new neighbourhood centres will open their doors in 2018. Cushman & Wakefield has been providing property management services for more than 10 years, with 3 changes of ownership over the last decade. The current focus is on service charge reconciliation, tenant supervision and accounting.

MONDOJUVE, NICHELINO – VINOVO (TO), ITALY Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services team supported throughout the start-up process of this asset and are delivering a strategic action plan aimed at positioning the centre as a winning shopping and leisure destination, catering for a wide catchment area extending from Turin to its province. Thanks to its outstanding architecture, strategic location and innovative layout, Mondojuve stands out as one of the most newsworthy openings in the Italian market in 2017. Approximately 2,000 guests representing the Italian real estate industry (properties, investors, professionals, retailers) and local authorities attended the launch ceremony. National and local media have widely covered the event.

OLD SPITALFIELDS MARKET, LONDON, UKCushman & Wakefield were appointed by Tribeca Holdings in March 2014 with the aim of positioning Old Spitalfields Market as an internationally renowned market destination. In order to achieve this, a full retail strategy alignment was required with an overhaul of all management procedures. The property now attracts circa 8m visitors per annum and is one of London’s top retail destinations

LIBERDADE STREET FASHION – BRAGA, PORTUGAL Cushman & Wakefield was instructed in 2016 to manage and lease the commercial areas of this mixed use scheme comprising offices, retail and residential. We initiated a repositioning plan in order to concentrate retail in the street level units, while converting the worst performing retail areas on the 1st floor into offices and a reconversion of the 2nd floor from retail into a health club. In the first 12 months, the team achieved a reduction of 25% on vacancy, increased rent roll by 51% and doubled the NOI.

ISLAZUL, MADRID, SPAINCushman & Wakefield was instructed to perform the integrated management of the 90,000 sq. m shopping centre in 2014, after its purchase by THRE. Since the instruction, Cushman & Wakefield has implemented multiple actions which resulted in a consolidation and improvement of the retail offer, a higher BREEAM rating, a reduction of the service charges budget by 5%, an increase in footfall by 7.5% and total sales by 14%. In 2016, Islazul has been awarded by the AECC (Spanish Council of Shopping Centres) with two awards: Best Environmental Campaign and Best Shopping Centre Marketing Campaign.

ZŁOTE TARASY, WARSAW, POLANDCushman & Wakefield has been managing this project for 7 years. The service that we provide includes full Asset Services, strategic leasing & marketing, financial reporting, corporate accounting and sustainability advice. Złote Tarasy is one of the most spectacular and unique world-class city centre retail projects in Europe. The multi-award winning centre is one of the three largest shopping centres that dominates the retail landscape in Warsaw and is the only one of these centres managed by a third-party provider.
