At the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games the British Men’s 8 Rowing Crew won their first Olympic gold after a medal dry-spell spanning over two decades. What created this turn-around?

• The day begins with training in techniques to enhance personal performance, increase productivity, and improve personal time management skills.

• The majority of the day is spent in action-based work sprints, where individuals work through their do-do lists.

• Our facilitator holds participants accountable to getting their work done, while also teaching science-based productivity techniques.

Peak Persona is a month-long program to help individuals better manage themselves and the competing demands of their workand personal lives, so that they can perform more effectively.

• Online program delivered by email, SMS and Slack.

• Each day there is a new, small habit or routine for participants to complete. The daily commitment is about 10 minutes.

• Topics include the basics of adulting, personal self-care, mindfulness, emotional awareness, and self-reflection.

• The program has been proven to increases personal self-confidence, personal alignment and self-awareness, and to reduce the risk of burnout, fatigue, stress and anxiety. The program helps individuals to better manage change and ambiguity, and improves their communication skills.

Personal WellbeingA thirty-day online program to upskill individuals in personal wellbeing, psychological performance, mindfulness, and self-awareness.

About Aaron BirkbyAaron is a Human Transformation Architect, startup founder, innovation strategist, executive coach, and public speaker.

As an entrepreneur, Aaron has founded and exited several technology businesses, for which he was named the Australian Entrepreneur Of The Year by the Pearcey Foundation in 2016. He is currently an Entrepreneur In Residence at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).

As a startup community leader, Aaron has founded a startup hub on the Gold Coast, served as an Entrepreneur In Residence and designed multiple accelerator programs, as well as organising and leading 17 international missions to Silicon Valley, Boulder, Seattle, London, Berlin and Israel. He’s a member of the Queensland Startup Working Group and previously served as a board member of StartupAUS.

As an innovation strategist, Aaron has worked with hundreds of high-growth technology companies, and consults to multinational giants like Google, YouTube & Novartis on innovation, culture and performance.

As an executive coach, Aaron coaches professional Australian athletes, investors and scale-up founders.

About Peta EllisPeta is a Human Transformation Architect, ecosystem builder & leader, innovation strategist, public speaker, and diversity evangelist.

As an entrepreneur, Peta founded 4 companies before 30, and has a 20 year background in communications, PR, marketing and media relations. She is currently an Entrepreneur In Residence at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).

As a startup community leader and CEO of River City Labs, Peta grew the organisation over 550%, leading it through an acquisition by the Australian Computer Society in 2018. Post acquisition she led the expansion of RCL into 3 hubs across 3 states making it the largest innovation hub network supporting high growth technology companies in Australia.

She is a member of the Queensland Startup Working Group and has led the Startup Catalyst Female Founders Mission to London. She was awarded the 2017 Startup Community Leader of the Year by Techboard.

As an innovation strategist, Peta has worked with hundreds of high-growth technology companies and has worked with corporates such as Bank of Queensland, CUA, and Suncorp.

About Dr Baden U’RenBaden is an innovation strategist, entrepreneurship academic, startup founder, public speaker and experienced facilitator.

As an innovation professional, Baden has worked with firms such as Volvo Trucks, Mine Super and Adelaide Brighton on innovation strategy and promoting innovative capability.

As an academic, Baden has led Bond University’s entrepreneurship and innovation disciplines for over a decade, twice recognised by the Federal Government for outstanding contribution to student learning. He is Director of the Bond Commercialisation Centre and an innovation mission leader for Startup Catalyst.

As an entrepreneur, Baden founded his first business in his early twenties, and most recently co-founded a blockchain enabled agtech startup and a niche veterinary business.

As an innovation ecosystem leader, Baden is on the Queensland Government grant assessors panel and a founding member of the Queensland Agtech Group.

Baden also has previous experience working in commercial banking for NAB and private equity for QIC.
