Professional coaches draw up game plans, marketing teams unveil new sales strategies, however no matter how revolutionary or fool proof the plans the key for successful implementation is in the commitment of the listeners to carry out what they’ve heard and not just agree but go ALL IN. In this program Gian Paul discusses the keys to helping empower you and your organization to truly commit to your goals despite the obstacles which will try to hinder the type of ALL IN commitment you will need for success. Gian Paul’s story telling passionately describes the origination of a phrase birthed in a New York Giants locker room, to becoming a yearly motto for many of the top corporations around the world. Gian Paul implores his listeners to let ALL IN be more than just a slogan, but become a lifestyle that will impact all parts of their existence. As a reminder for their commitment each member receives a physical memento to help remind them to stay ALL IN. Target Audience: Human Resources; CEO / Administrator; CFO / Finance; DON / Nurse Manager; Resident Services / Social Services; Sales & Marketing; Facilities; Dining; Wellness / Activities; Trustees; Residents

Like it or not, a family or resident has or will put a video camera in a resident’s room in your facility. Sometimes they do it secretly, like in a digital photo frame, and sometimes they put them in plain view. This raises major issues – from privacy issues to demoralizing our caregivers. Also, social media is now seen as an activity of daily living for your residents and employees. What concerns and issues exist with social media in your facility? Protection of residents’ privacy rights, and other issues pose unique challenges to the long-term care industry. What policies and practices can you put in place to control granny cams and the social media chaos? What does the law say about it? Should you prohibit granny cams? Best practices and policies?Target Audience: CEO/Administrator, DON/Nurse Manager, Resident Services/Social Services, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Facilities, Trustees, Residents

Few can deny that the level of business complexity for senior living sponsors and operators has increased dramatically across the past decade. It appears that the pace of change has elevated and there are numerous catalysts and disruptors that are shaping the sector as a whole. The Baby Boomer cohort is bringing forth a much different set of expectations and preferences than previous generations of residents and the “Gen X” and “Gen Y” generations are influencing decisions regarding these new expectations. We know that with roughly 80% of Baby Boomers report frequent use of the internet, there is more information at the consumer’s fingertips than before. This also presents great opportunity to maximize data analytics to target a prospective customer base. The Boomers are also showing greater acceptance of technology, not only in their daily living (wearables; Amazon Alexa), but in meeting their health and wellness needs as well (remote monitoring; telehealth solutions). Consumer-directed technologies continue to grow.Target Audience: CEO/Administrator, CFO/Finance,DON/Nurse Manager, Resident Services/Social Services,Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Facilities, Wellness/Activities, Trustees, Residents
