WHITE WINESauvignon Blanc, Tierra Del Rey 12.5% Chile Classic Sauvignon Blanc nose with herbaceous notes, yet with underlying ripeness. The rich citrus character on the palate is livened up by zesty acidity and a lingering finish. Pinot Grigio, Ancora 12% A fresh, dry white with stone fruit and citrus aromas and lightly spicy notes. Crisp and delicate on the palate with some honeyed fruit balanced by lemony acidity, minerality and a fresh, dry finish.

This is a lovely example of cooler-climate Merlot and an excellent food wine, very much in a Bordelaise style. Shiraz, Dry River 13.5% Australia Rich, dark and full of flavour. This wine has plenty of spice with ripe damsons and a rustic, savory edge.Lovely rich dark fruits with ‘meaty’ concentration and style, full flavoured, deep and drinking very well.
