Choice & Care of Flowers
1. Choose an assorted size of bright colorful flowers for your special stained glass keepsakes.
2. Notice the size of the flowers. Be sure to include flowers of various sizes— small, medium, larger, filler & greenery! Do not send calla lilies, chrysanthemums, or orchids.
White roses usually turn cream to medium beige. Red roses turn deep burgundy, when dry.
3. Keep the flowers as fresh as possible, until you can get them to us at Glassical Heirlooms. Put them in a cool place, with their stems in water. Do not put water on the flower petals.
You can place them in the refrigerator but DO NOT FREEZE!
4. If you mail the flowers, the quicker we get them the better. Try to prevent crushing with tissue paper around flowers. Tuck a
plastic “freezer pack” in the box. Please send them to arrive on a Monday through Saturday.
5. If you have a flower that is very special to you, please be sure to mention that on the order form.
Cost of Flower Pieces
Prices in our catalog include all flower processing fees, as well as an easel , suction cup or ornament hook as stated, to display your special keepsake. Prices include a verse or poem on the back as stated in description of larger piec-
es. Photos, badges, or flat items for the front are $10 extra per piece ordered. Ribbon is an extra $5 Photos should be printed by a photo machine. Ink jet or laser prints may fade. Glassical Heirlooms is not responsible
for photos fading. Be sure to include any special ribbon you want included! A $12.95 charge will be added to your total for shipping your order to you, when it is finished. Call us if you have any concerns about your order.

3. Loosely pack your flowers into a box . Pack so that the flowers are secure, and do not move around the box when shaken. This
will insure that your flowers get to us in the best condition possible. You can get FREE boxes at the post office, to send your flowers “Priority Mail!” It will usually cost you under $10. Ship your flowers so that they will arrive the next day. Have them arrive Mon-Sat. Give us a call or fax to let us know they are coming.
We will contact you when we receive your flowers.
Flower orders take 4-6 months to complete!
1. Cut off the flower heads of your choice. Be sure to get different sizes and colors of flowers. Variegated roses and carnations are great. Include filler flowers such as baby’s breath and statice. Also include
greenery and fern.
Send More Flowers! 2. It is always better to send more flowers than not enough. Wrap flower heads and
greenery loosely in paper towels or tissue paper. Include a “freezer pak”
from the local dollar store!
