TTS Transportation Technology Systems —equipment development and production for all material transportation systems
TTS is an affiliated company of LNK Industries, which is part of the LNK Group holding company.
TTS is a rapidly developing enterprise with a modern technological base that is able to independently implement the whole cycle of customised non-standard conveyorequipment manufacturing.
TS complies with international standards-ISO 9001:2008 –Quality management systems, ISO 3834-2 Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials, EN 1090-2 -Technical requirements for the execution of steel structures.
The successful implementation of modern technologies and high quality of equipment, produced at the TTS plant should be credited to the more than two hundred skilled workers: welders, locksmiths, assemblers, painters and other professionals.
The plant consists of two production facilities:› conveyor and technological systems workshop (total area - 14,000 m2, height of the ceiling -12 metres, equipped with 10-tonne cranes),› bridge and construction structures workshop (total area – 6,000 m2, height of the ceiling - 15 meters, equipped with 30-tonne cranes).
The modern engineering machinery of TTS plays a significant role in successful production, providing an opportunity to create equipment of any size and complexity that fully meets the needs of the Clients.

Department of Production-engineers and Designers
The process of the equipment production from the drawing board to its commissioning is not always easy, but the high professionalism of our engineers and their long-term experience facilitates the handling of any task.
Each solution is discussed and approved by the Client at the production phase, as well as at the stages of delivery, installation and maintenance. The TTS warranty guarantees impeccable performance of the commissioned facility.
TTS guarantees high quality processing of standard and stainless steels, high-tensile alloys of non-ferrous metals, composite materials, plastics, rubber and timber.
Plasma Cutting technology (plasma cutting using a 3D-torch Smax 80 mm, dimensions 3000 x 15000 mm) is used.
Pre-production Area
TTS production base is equipped with modern high-precision machines that ensure the production of metal structures of different sizes and complexity.
The company uses a horizontal boringmachine (TOS VARNSDORF WRD 150 Q). The machine is designed for drilling, boring, milling and threading with high accuracy and excellent performance.
We are one of the first in the Baltics to start using self-propelled welding tractors with TWIN WIRE technology and inverter sources, which significantly increase the speed of welding maintenance works, preserving the highest quality.
Welding Sections
Spacious manufacturing facilities, modern welding equipment, skilledwelders, are the factors that make our company the leader in the metal structure manufacturingsector.
Due to the non-destructive inspection procedure that is applied for finished product testing, we are able to ensure the impeccable quality of our products and provide our customers with a warranty for a period of more than five years.
The TTS plant has all the necessary facilities for efficient painting - there are painting chambers of 60 and 80 m2 with a ceiling height of of 4 m,as well as a chamber of 144 m2. The vacuum painting machine provides a high quality of coating, including frame structure coating that cannot be properly performed using standard spray guns.
Anti-corrosion Treatment
A large shot blasting chamber provides perfect surface quality before painting. There is also a glass blasting chamber for stainless steel surface treatment.
Equipment tests take place on specialtesting stands with the aim to check the functionality of all systems and avoid unproductive delay during installation and commissioning at the operation site.

Marine Terminals
Manufacturing of equipment for the transport sector isthe traditional sphere of TTS business activity. Since its foundation in 1946, the plant has been dealing with the production of ground support equipment for airports and marine ports.
TTS company successfully operates in the field of equipment manufacturing for cargo handling in Latvia, as well as in other EU and CIS countries. Production of equipment for sea ports is a relatively new field of activity for the TTS company. However, the company has already completed several major projects such as Ventspils coal terminal (Baltic Coal Terminal), a terminal for the transshipment of mineral fertilisers in Riga (Alpha Osta), the passenger-cargo terminal at the Port of Klaipeda, as well as many others.
One of the latest big scale project is the construction of the mineral fertiliser handling complex for Riga Fertilizer Terminal.
