The multifunctional WorkForce Pro can print, copy, fax and scan. It also has a standard paper capacity of 330 sheets that can be increased to 580 sheets where necessary. The WP-4525 works at a print speed of up to 16 monochrome A4 pages and 11 colour A4 pages per minute.

Time-saving technology

This multi-functional device is equipped with a USB 2.0 interface as standard to connect to the local PC. The WP-4525 comes with a network interface to enable other users in the network to take advantage of the system. It also produces high-quality colour scans at a speed of up to 16 pages per minute. The digitised documents can then be further processed and archived on the connected PC or sent in an email. In addition, employees in the practice can print out directly from the USB stick via the integrated USB connection.

The fax function has all the features expected of a standalone machine. In the health service, in addition to output and cost-effectiveness, printers and multifunctional devices must also fulfil other criteria such as a small footprint, low noise emissions, flexibility and ease-of-use.
