Det handler rett og slett om at du skal ha kompetanse på plass til å gjøre jobben i dag og å skaffe deg kompetanse til å møte morgendagens utfordringer. Det som gjør dette litt utfordrende er at kompetanse nok bør defineres ganske vidt, og at de færreste av oss vet hvilke utfordringer som møter oss langt der framme. Sagt veldig enkelt dreier det seg altså om det settet av ferdigheter du trenger for å få driften til å gå rundt her og nå, men samtidig være bevisst på hva fremtidens arbeidsliv vil kreve.

For oss er balansen mellom å forstå nasjonalt arbeidsliv, utvikle teknologi som setter mennesket først og lytte til brukerne våre en suksessfaktor. Derfor sier vi i vårt kundeløfte at den som trenger å inspirere, forvalte og utvikle sine folk vil få hjelp gjennom Infotjenester-gruppens løsninger. Infotjenester-gruppen består av to viktige tjenesteområder. Det ene kjenner du som Simployer HRM-system. Det andre er Insight som gir ledere, HR og økonomi innsikt og kompetanse til å gjennomføre gode beslutninger i sitt arbeid. Gjennom våre to forretningsområder leverer vi støtte gjennom software samtidig som vi gir deg innsikten og kompetansen du trenger for å sikre at du har riktige folk på plass i dag og kan planlegge og utvikle for morgendagen. Denne unike sammensetning av tjenester er det ingen annen HR -leverandør i Skandinavia som leverer.

The Infotjenester group consists of two important business areas. One of them you know as the Simployer HRM system. The other is Insight, which gives managers and the HR and finance departments the insight and competence needed to make good decisions in their line of work. Through our two fields of business, we provide support via software, while at the same time giving you the insight and competence you need to ensure that you have the right people in place today and can plan and develop for tomorrow. No other HR provider in Scandinavia supplies this unique combination of services.

Infotjenester-gruppens første produkt var en perm med alt du trengte å vite om Sykepengeordningen, arbeidsrett og ferieloven. Ved oppdateringer eller endringer i loven fikk abonnenter på denne tjenesten tilsendt løse ark som skulle plasseres inn i permen og erstatte det gamle. Her traff Infotjenester en nerve, og etterspørselen etter mer faglig støtte til arbeidsgiver økte.

Snøballen begynte å rulle, og det faglige innholdet utvides, kursvirksomheten starter opp, og selskapet knytter til seg flere sterke fageksperter som i dag er et rådgiverteam på 30 i Norge og Sverige. Dette gir våre kunder faglig støtte og den innsikten de trenger for å fatte viktige beslutninger.

Infotjenester-gruppen var tidlig ute med å tenke digitale løsninger, og allerede på slutten av 90-tallet startet reisen inn i den digitale arbeidshverdagen med at vi var først med å levere digitalt oppslagsverk. Infotjenester styrker stadig sin posisjon som markedsledende i utvikling av produkter som gjør det bedre å være leder. Vi var først på banen med å skape kvalitetssikrede prosesser for å få sykemeldte tilbake i jobb, og våre kunder forventer at vi ligger i forkant i et stadig mer krevende arbeidsmarked.

I 2013 ekspanderte Infotjenester-gruppen til det svenske markedet. Oppkjøpet av Tholin og Larsson var starten på en rekke oppkjøp som har gjort Infotjenester til Skandinavias største leverandør av HR-software og kompetanse til arbeidslivet.

Continuous growth since 1985

Much has happened at the Infotjenester Group since 1985. It all started when Bjørn Garder, who was self-employed, realised how difficult it was to be an employer and comply with an ever changing body of laws.

Infotjenester Group’s first product was a binder that had everything you needed to know about the sickness allowance scheme, labour laws and the Holidays Act. When updates or changes were made to the laws, subscribers to this service would receive loose-leaf papers that they placed inside the binder, replacing the old ones. Infotjenester’s idea caught on and the demand for more professional support for employers grew.

It was a snowball effect—the specialist content expanded, course activities started up and the company linked up with several strong experts who are now a team of 30 consultants in Norway and Sweden.

They give our customers professional support and the insight they need to make important decisions.

Infotjenester Group was ahead of the game when it came to thinking of digital solutions, and even by the late 90s we journeyed into a digital everyday working life when we were the first to come out with a digital reference book. Infotjenester continues to fortify its position as a market leader in the development of products that make it better to be a manager. We were the first in the game to create quality-assured procedures for getting employees who were on sick leave back to work, and our customers expect us to be at the forefront of an increasingly demanding labour market.

In 2013, the Infotjenester Group expanded to the Swedish market. Our purchase of Tholin & Larsson was the first of a number of purchases that have made Infotjenester Scandinavia’s biggest supplier of HR software and skills for the working community.

Infotjenester-gruppen har det siste året gjennomført omfattende aktivitet for å rigge virksomheten for videre vekst og skalerbarhet. Konsernets tjenestetilbud er nå harmonisert, og den juridiske strukturen er tilpasset fremtidige vekstambisjoner i et internasjonalt marked.

In the past year, the Infotjenester group has been engaged in extensive activities to prepare the company for further growth and scalability. The group’s service offering is now harmonised, and its legal structure now adapted to fit future ambitions for growth in an international market.

In this connection, the group’s corporate structure has also undergone changes. Infotjenester AS changed its name to Infotjenester Group AS. You can read more about what the changes entail here:

Simployer Solutions ASAt Simployer Solutions we have gathered intangible assets such as technology, product portfolios and subscription agreements. Simployer Solutions provides the Simployer HRM system in Sweden and Norway, as well as Professional Assistance in Norway and Service Package in Sweden. The company ensures its subscribing customers great quality by purchasing services from resource centres at its sister companies Infotjenester AS, Tholin & Larsson-Gruppen AB, Simployer Sweden AB and Simployer Tech Polska.

Infotjenester ASA resource centre that provides services to Simployer Solutions and acts as the point of contact for the Infotjenester group’s business activities in Norway. The company also provides consulting services and courses in Norway, with locations in Kristiansund and Sarpsborg.

Tholin & Larsson Gruppen ABA resource centre that provides services to Simployer Solutions and acts as the point of contact for Service Package in Sweden. The company also provides consulting services and courses in Sweden, with offices in Gothenburg.

We establish a company in Sweden and launch personnel and manager manuals on the Swedish market.

2015We acquire Tholin & Larsson AB and become a market leader in Scandinavia within our field.

We acquire the Norwegian Capitech and the Swedish Netcompetence—market leaders in their respective fields: Time and resource planning, and digital talent management tools.

We continue with our endeavour to make it easy to be an employer and introduce process tools for HR and managers that focus on on-boarding/off-boarding, employee satisfaction interviews and HSE.

Business type and locationInfotjenester AS (from 2019: Infotjenester Group AS) and the group is a competence and system provider within the fields of HR and finance, which enables employers in Scandinavia to inspire, manage and develop their employees and organisations, thereby creating great, efficient workplaces.

The company and group create systems and services that help organisations perform better. Innovative solutions that combine good user-friendliness and local expertise enable our customers to handle their HR and finance-related tasks in a professional manner and in such a way that helps them make the right decisions, become more efficient and have long-lasting assurance in their employment relationships. The group shares its knowledge and experience in a manner that makes our customers more competitive—by making our customers more attractive employers and by allowing them to focus more on their core business activities.

Infotjenester AS (from 2019: Infotjenester Group AS) is the parent company in a sub-group led by Colligo AS.The business is operated in modern facilities in Sarpsborg, Kristiansund, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Gdansk (Poland), with headquarters in Sarpsborg.

In 2018, extensive activities were conducted to prepare the company for further growth and scalability. The group’s service offering has been harmonised, and its legal structure adapted to fit future ambitions for growth in an international market. The group’s corporate structure underwent changes in January 2019. Infotjenester AS (org. no. 937 475 918) changed its name to Infotjenester Group AS. Intangible assets such as technology, product portfolios and subscription agreements are gathered at the subsidiary Simployer Solutions AS. Development and expertise within the fields of HR, technology and best practices will be extended to the group’s operating companies, which are currently Infotjenester AS, Simployer Sweden AB, Tholin & Larsson Gruppen AB, and Simployer Tech Polska Sp. z o.o.

Financial performance and positionThe parent company and the group have had a good year, experiencing growth in operating revenues and

higher operating profits. This positive development is expected to continue.

OThe parent company’s operating revenues were NOK 256 million in 2018, compared to NOK 235.6 million in 2017. The group’s operating revenues were NOK 390 million in 2018, compared to NOK 352.5 million in 2017.

The parent company’s operating profit before amortisation (EBITDA) was NOK 46.9 million in 2018, compared to NOK 41.4 million in 2017. The group’s operating revenues before amortisation (EBITDA) were NOK 73.9 million in 2018, compared to NOK 65.5 million in 2017.

The parent company’s annual profit after tax was NOK 49 million in 2018, compared to NOK 47.1 million in 2017. The group’s annual profit after tax was NOK 38.3 million in 2018, compared to NOK 39.2 million in 2017.

The parent company’s total capital was NOK 330.6 million at the end of 2018, compared to NOK 296.7 million at the end of 2017. Its equity ratio was 22.5% as of 31/12/2018, in comparison with 22% as of 31/12/2017. The group’s total capital was NOK 329 million at the end of 2018, compared to NOK 319.3 million at the end of 2017. The group’s equity ratio was 15.1% as of 31/12/2018, in comparison with 16.6% as of 31/12/2017.

The Board deems the parent company’s and group’s finances and liquidity to be very satisfactory, and their ability to finance their own investments to be good.

The Board is not aware of any extraordinary factors that could have influenced the results. Nor is the Board aware of any material uncertainties attached to the annual accounts or significant negative factors that have arisen after the end of the financial year.

The Board believes the annual accounts provide an accurate picture of the company’s and group’s assets, liabilities, financial position and results.The research and development activities in 2018 have been characterised by both improvements and further developments of existing products, as well as the development of new products. The expenses are charged to profits directly.

OutlookThe group has a good market position, and the Board deems it to have good market prospects.

The market for systems and services for supporting and streamlining daily decision-making and processes within the fields of HSE, HR, payroll and finance for employers, companies, managers and employees is considered substantial. The company’s and group’s competence within these areas, combined with a thorough technological understanding, provides a strong foundation for further growth and profitability. Based on the company’s unique combination of competences and considerable efforts made in product and technological development, it is expected to continue to create attractive products and services for the market.

Through systematic self-improvement and company acquisition, the group has an extensive, high-quality product portfolio that is user-friendly, putting the business in a good position to achieve further growth and profitability. The accounts for 2018 reflect the company’s strong position in the market for HR systems. The extensive work conducted in 2018 to prepare the business for further growth and scalability will lay the foundation for the group’s continued profitable development.

Financial market riskThe group’s cash flows are primarily linked to the Norwegian Krone and the Swedish Krona.

The Board deems the group’s finances to be weighted in such a way that it has little exposure to exchange rate risk. Excess liquidity is placed in funds with a moderate risk in order to achieve a weighting between returns on invested capital and exposure to risk.

Going-concern assumptionThe Board has conducted an assessment and concluded that the conditions for continued operation are present.

The annual accounts for 2018 are therefore drawn up under the assumption that operations will continue.

Working environment, equality and non-discriminationThe Board considers the working environment at the firm to be good. The company has a reputation for its working environment which makes it an attractive workplace. This is considered a criterion for the success of the company’s operations and development. The company has a working environment committee and a well-functioning HSE system.

Sick leave at Infotjenester AS in 2018 was 3.7% (2017: 4.6%), 2.6% of which was doctor-certified sick leave. Sick leave in the group in 2018 was 3.6% (2017: 3.9%), 2.1% of which was doctor-certified sick leave. Established procedures are used to follow up on every case. Over the course of this year, no serious work accidents or incidents resulting in major material damages or personal injury have occurred, nor have any been reported.

One of the company’s six Board members is a woman. Women make up 38% of the employees working in management positions at Infotjenester AS and 40% in the group as of 31/12/2018. Women account for 44% of the employees at Infotjenester AS and 46% in the group (measured by percentage of full-time equivalent). The company will continue to ensure that women and men have equal chances of advancement and will also continue to develop working conditions that are satisfactory for both men and women.

The group works actively to promote equality, ensure equal opportunities and rights and prevent discrimination. This is reflected in the business’ processes for recruitment and employee/manager development.

Environmental protectionThe group’s activities have no polluting effects, and the Board has no reason to believe that the group is polluting the surrounding environment.
